Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

1. Agency Role

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). All travel arrangements are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed. Certain fees (e.g., local taxes, resort fees, or incidental charges) may not be included in prepaid arrangements and must be paid directly to the supplier

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Supplier policies govern cancellations, changes, and refunds. Refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with supplier policies. Please review all terms before confirming your booking.

4. Traveler Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents are in order (passports, visas, entry requirements, etc.). Sam Luxe Travel is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or delays due to incomplete documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen costs, such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you acknowledge full responsibility for any resulting losses.

6. Liability

Sam Luxe Travel is not liable for acts beyond our control, including natural disasters, supplier performance, illness, or other unforeseen events. By booking through us, you agree to accept supplier terms and the limits of our liability.
