These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Go Far VIP Travel (“we,” “our,” or “us”) when you book travel services with us. By booking travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Planning Fees

A non-refundable planning fee of $50 is due prior to receiving any travel proposals. This includes up to three customized travel quotes. If you choose one of the three options, the $50 fee will be applied toward your final booking. If none of the three options are selected, additional quotes may be provided for an additional $50 planning fee.

2. Booking Terms

All reservations are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking. Travel arrangements are not confirmed until deposits are received and processed. You are responsible for reviewing all documents and confirming that the information is accurate.

3. Payment

All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your booking and applicable penalties from suppliers. We accept major credit cards and other approved forms of payment.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. We will inform you of these policies during the planning process. All cancellations must be made in writing. Change fees may apply, and any changes are subject to availability and approval by the supplier.

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications. Go Far VIP Travel is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other travel-related issues. We are happy to provide a quote upon request.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Go Far VIP Travel acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other independent contractors. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any acts or omissions of these suppliers.

8. Responsibility of the Traveler

You agree to comply with all local laws, customs, and health guidelines while traveling. You are responsible for your behavior, safety, and any additional expenses incurred due to violations of local regulations or supplier policies.

9. Force Majeure

Go Far VIP Travel is not liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, weather events, labor disputes, or government actions.

10. Marketing & Media Release

By booking with us, you consent to the use of any photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your travel services will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and resolved through binding arbitration in [insert county], Illinois.
