Terms and Conditions

By booking a trip with 2 ToGo Travel, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“client,” “traveler,” or “participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. We require a signature stating you have agreed to these terms as part of our reservation packet. 

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until your reservation is deposited. Final payment is due no later than 90 days before departure unless otherwise specified.

Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation and any non-refundable deposits.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The following cancellation fees apply unless otherwise stated in your individual tour agreement:

More than 90 days before departure: Loss of deposit

30–89 days: 50% of tour price

Less than 30 days: 100% of tour price

Some third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) may impose additional cancellation penalties beyond our control.

3. Changes by the Traveler

Change requests (e.g., name, date, or itinerary changes) must be submitted in writing.

Fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and third-party policies.

4. Changes or Cancellations by Us

2 ToGo Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure. You will be emailed with information as the situation unfolds.

If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour, unless cancellation is due to force majeure, in which case refunds may be partial.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance, either purchased through 2 ToGo Travel or elsewhere, is mandatory and required for all destinations or trip types organized by 2 ToGo Travel. If purchased outside of 2 toGo Travel you will be required to submit proof of an active and adequate travel insurance policy.

We are not responsible for any losses due to your failure to secure adequate coverage (e.g., trip cancellation, health, medical evacuation, or baggage loss).

6. Health & Fitness

You are responsible for assessing whether the tour is appropriate for your physical ability and health condition. Assistance will not be provided.

Some tours involve walking, hiking, or other physical activity. Please consult with your physician before traveling if unsure.

7. Passports, Visas & Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, vaccination records).

Entry requirements vary by country and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to confirm current requirements before travel.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• Participation in travel activities involves inherent risks (e.g., transportation delays, accidents, illness, or injury). 
• We require all travelers to provide in writing any health conditions, mobility assistance needs, allergies, etc. Traveler accepts all responsibility of monitoring their own health situations.
• We require all travelers to provide in writing an emergency contact name, phone number and optional email prior to travel. 

By booking with 2 ToGo Travel, you accept these risks and release us from liability for losses not caused by our direct negligence.

9. Behavior & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a threat to others.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Photography & Promotional Use

During tours, photographs or videos may be taken and used for marketing or promotional purposes by 2 ToGo Travel.

If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in writing before your trip.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of WA and any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in that location.

12. Acceptance

Your booking packet required e-signatures and deposit payment signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Optional Add-Ons and Disclosures:

Event Planning or Hosting Services: Available upon request; terms to be outlined in a separate agreement.

Customized Itineraries or Private Tours: Subject to additional fees and planning timelines.
