By accessing this website or booking travel services with Paradise Coast Travel, LLC (“Paradise Coast Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Role as Independent Travel Advisor
Paradise Coast Travel, LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor. We assist with planning and booking travel services provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers. We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers.
2. Florida Seller of Travel Disclosure
Paradise Coast Travel, LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.

Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval, endorsement, or recommendation by the State of Florida. Paradise Coast Travel, LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party travel suppliers.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate traveler information
- Ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and medical documentation
- Reviewing confirmations and travel documents upon receipt
- Complying with supplier rules and government travel requirements
Paradise Coast Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
4. Payments, Pricing & Fees
- Prices are subject to availability and change until paid in full
- Deposits and final payments must meet supplier deadlines
- Professional planning or service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
- Booking authorizes Paradise Coast Travel to charge the approved payment method
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed solely by the supplier’s policies. Paradise Coast Travel is not responsible for supplier penalties, non-refundable bookings, or schedule changes.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for travelers with medical, developmental, sensory, or accessibility needs. Declining insurance is done at the client’s own risk.
7. Autism, Special Needs & Accessibility
Paradise Coast Travel supports inclusive and accessible travel.
- All medical, developmental, sensory, or accessibility needs must be disclosed prior to booking
- Requests are communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed
- Accessibility standards vary by destination and provider
Paradise Coast Travel is not responsible for a supplier’s failure to provide requested accommodations.
8. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, sensory challenges, delays, cancellations, weather events, and unforeseen disruptions. By booking travel, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
9. Limitation of Liability
Paradise Coast Travel, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or death
- Force majeure events or government actions
Any liability, if found, is limited to fees paid directly to Paradise Coast Travel, LLC.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared only as necessary to arrange travel services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
