Travel Agent Invoicing Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive an invoice, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You confirm that all traveler information provided to your travel agent is accurate and complete. You authorize your travel agent to use this information to create invoices and process applicable travel bookings.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. Unpaid balances may result in delays, price changes, or cancellation of your travel arrangements according to the policies of the travel supplier.

By paying the invoice, you authorize your travel agent to securely process your payment with the selected travel supplier or vendor. Your payment information will never be stored by the agent outside of the approved, secure invoicing system.

All travel components—including hotel stays, tickets, cruises, tours, transfers, insurance, and packages—are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the supplier. These may include cancellation fees, change fees, and refund restrictions. Your travel agent will provide these details upon request.

Travel pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmed by the supplier. Quotes may change at any time prior to payment.

Any cancellations or changes made after payment is submitted are governed by the supplier’s policies. The travel agent is not responsible for supplier fees or penalties.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you decline travel protection, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for any fees, losses, or expenses that would otherwise have been covered.

Your travel agent acts as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier. The agent is not responsible for supplier actions, delays, schedule changes, or service interruptions.

By opting in for invoicing, you agree to receive communication related to your itinerary, payments, documents, and trip updates via email and/or text.
