Turquoise Travel LLC Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of Group Travel Leaders (“Leader” or “you”) in group travel programs organized in collaboration with Turquoise Travel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By confirming your participation or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• All group travel arrangements are coordinated with third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, tour operators, cruise lines, resorts, transportation providers, and other travel service companies) (“Supplier”).
• Each Supplier maintains its own Terms and Conditions. These Supplier Terms are in addition to and separate from the Terms of Turquoise Travel LLC.
• By submitting a deposit, you agree to comply with both Turquoise Travel LLC’s Terms and all applicable Supplier Terms.
• Turquoise Travel LLC is not responsible for any changes, penalties, cancellations, or issues arising from Supplier policies.

• Planning Fees, Group Fees, and Travel Advisor Fees are required for the organization and coordination of group travel.
• These fees:

  • Vary by trip type, group size, and scope of services
  • Are paid directly to Turquoise Travel LLC
  • Are separate from and in addition to Supplier charges
  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances
• These fees cover the additional time, expertise, and administrative costs associated with planning and managing group travel programs.

• A deposit is required to initiate reservations for group travel.
• By submitting any deposit, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that your participation is subject to the Terms of both Turquoise Travel LLC and the applicable Supplier(s).
• Deposits may be non-refundable or subject to Supplier penalties as outlined in their individual Terms and Conditions.

• All cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Supplier(s) involved.
• Turquoise Travel LLC will assist with communications and coordination but has no control over Supplier decisions regarding cancellations or refunds.
• Planning, group, and travel advisor fees paid to Turquoise Travel LLC remain non-refundable and non-transferable even if the trip is canceled or modified.

• Turquoise Travel LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the Group Travel Leader and the Supplier(s).
• We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier services and are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or other issues arising from Supplier actions or omissions.
• Leaders are responsible for communicating all trip information and policies accurately to their group participants.
• Turquoise Travel LLC, its affiliates, and its Suppliers cannot guarantee or influence weather conditions, health-related events, acts of nature, or unforeseen safety concerns that may occur during travel. Turquoise Travel LLC is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from any of these factors.
• For this reason, we strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment and personal well-being.

• Any concerns, questions, or issues related to group travel planning or these Terms and Conditions must be communicated in writing via email to heather.noonan@avoyanetwork.com.
• This ensures clear documentation and timely responses to all inquiries.

By submitting a deposit or confirming your role as a Group Travel Leader, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and accept these Terms and Conditions;
• You understand that additional Supplier Terms apply to your booking and agree to review and comply with them;
• You accept responsibility for sharing accurate information and coordinating with your group members.
