All-Inclusive Vacation Planners Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to All-Inclusive Vacation Planners ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the agreement between you ("the client") and All-Inclusive Vacation Planners as your independent travel agent.

2. Scope of Services

  • All-Inclusive Vacation Planners acts as an intermediary between clients and various travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines).
  • We provide consultation, itinerary planning, and booking services.
  • All travel bookings are made directly with suppliers, and payments are remitted directly to them.

3. Payments

  • Payment Process: All payments are made directly to the travel suppliers, not to All-Inclusive Vacation Planners.
  • Responsibility: Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund processes of each supplier.
  • Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with the supplier.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Supplier Policies: Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the suppliers. We will assist clients in navigating these policies, but we are not responsible for any supplier-related issues.
  • Service Fees: Any fees charged by All-Inclusive Vacation Planners for consultation or service are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Travel Documentation & Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
  • We recommend reviewing destination-specific entry requirements well in advance of travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Direct Control: All-Inclusive Vacation Planners does not own, operate, or control any of the travel services provided by suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, or delays caused by suppliers.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
  • Review of Itineraries: Clients must review all itineraries and travel documents for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All personal information provided to All-Inclusive Vacation Planners will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill travel bookings.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before proceeding to litigation.

10. Amendments

  • All-Inclusive Vacation Planners reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

By engaging with All-Inclusive Vacation Planners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
