Regina Navigium, LLC dba Cerenity Vacations Travel Company aka Cerenity Vacations ("Cerenity Vacations," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") and provides online travel agency services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Cerenity Vacations offers the following travel-related services:

• Passport Appointment Assistance
• Accommodation Booking
• Cruise Reservations
• Flight Booking
• Excursion Arrangements

2. Service Fees

Our service fees are as follows and are subject to change at any time:

• Passport Assistance Fee: $00.00
• Initial Consultation Fee: $00.00
• Research Fee (for trips planned and not booked): $75.00
• Wholesale Service Fee: 10%
• Domestic Air Ticketing Fee, per person: 10%
• International Air Ticketing Fee, per person: 15%
• Frequent Flyer/ Award Booking Fee, per person: 5%
• Change Fee: $100
• Trip Cancellation Fee: $150, or 20% of the entire cost of the trip, in addition to supplier penalties

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Initial Payment: Fees are due at the time of booking or service request.

3.2. Additional Charges: Any additional charges, such as supplier penalties, will be the responsibility of the Client and invoiced separately.

3.3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services.

4.2. Payment of Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to the Trip Cancellation Fee, in addition to any supplier penalties.

5.2. Changes: Changes to bookings are subject to the Change Fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an agent for third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and cruise lines. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

6.2. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chesterfield County, Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, if possible. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
