Updated on: May 22, 2025

Effective Date: February 21, 2025

Welcome to Premium Travel Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a cruise or travel service through Premium Travel Group, you ("you" or "the traveler") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Premium Travel Group.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the cruise line or supplier’s requirements.

1.2. Payments: Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation by the supplier.

1.3. Agency Fees: Premium Cruise Travel Group does not charge service fees, booking fees, or any additional fees beyond the Cancellation Fee outlined in Section 3. All other costs are determined by the cruise line or travel supplier.

2. Pricing

2.1. Prices quoted are based on information provided by cruise lines, suppliers, and third-party vendors and are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

2.2. Prices do not include items of a personal nature (e.g., gratuities, excursions, airfare, travel insurance) unless explicitly stated.

2.3. Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier-imposed increases may affect the final price, and you will be notified of any such changes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking, Premium Travel Group charges a single Cancellation Fee of $100 per booking, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee is non-refundable and applies in addition to any penalties or fees imposed by the cruise line or supplier.

3.2. Supplier Cancellation Policies: Cancellations are also subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line or supplier, which may include additional penalties or non-refundable amounts. We will provide you with these details at the time of booking.

3.3. Cancellation by Supplier: If a cruise or service is canceled by the supplier, we will assist you in seeking a refund or alternative arrangements per the supplier’s policy. Premium Travel Group is not responsible for supplier cancellations or refunds.

3.4. No-Show: Failure to embark on your scheduled cruise or travel service will be treated as a cancellation, and the $100 Cancellation Fee will apply, along with any supplier penalties.

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1. Changes requested by you (e.g., date, cabin, or itinerary) are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional costs imposed by the supplier may apply, but Premium Travel Group will not charge an additional fee for processing such changes.

4.2. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or booking details and will notify you promptly if adjustments are needed.

5. Travel Documentation

5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for your travel. Premium Travel Group is not liable for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Premium Travel Group does not provide insurance but can assist you in obtaining a policy through a third-party provider.

7. Liability

7.1. Premium Travel Group acts solely as an agent for cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, delays, or cancellations caused by suppliers, weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond our control.

7.2. Our liability is limited to the $100 Cancellation Fee as the sole fee we charge for our services.

8. Health and Safety

8.1. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel and comply with cruise line or destination health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, medical clearances).

8.2. Cruise lines and suppliers may impose safety protocols, which you agree to follow.

9. Complaints

9.1. Any issues during travel should be reported immediately to the supplier (e.g., cruise line staff) for resolution. If unresolved, please contact Premium Cruise Travel Group within 30 days of your return, and we will assist in addressing your concerns with the supplier.
