These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of travel planning, travel consulting, booking, reservation, and related services provided by Adrian Lee + Associates Travel ("ALA," "Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), a Fora Travel affiliate, as well as the use of our website and other digital services.

By requesting services, submitting a travel inquiry, paying a planning or service fee, authorizing a travel booking, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you ("Client," "Traveler," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Adrian Lee + Associates Travel is a full-service travel agency and travel consulting business. We assist clients with services that may include, but are not limited to:

• Travel consultation and trip planning;
• Destination research and recommendations;
• Customized itinerary development;
• Cruise reservations;
• Hotel and resort reservations;
• Vacation packages;
• Airline reservation assistance;
• Ground transportation and transfers;
• Tours, excursions, and activities;
• Group travel coordination;
• Celebration and special-event travel;
• Travel insurance information and referrals;
• Reservation management and travel support; and
• Other travel-related consulting and booking services.

The specific services provided will depend on the Client's request, the scope of services agreed upon, and the availability and terms of applicable travel suppliers.

Adrian Lee + Associates Travel acts as an intermediary between Clients and independent third-party travel suppliers. These suppliers may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance providers, excursion operators, and other travel-related businesses ("Travel Suppliers").

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Adrian Lee + Associates Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent Travel Suppliers.

Travel services purchased through or with the assistance of Adrian Lee + Associates Travel may be subject to the separate terms, conditions, contracts of carriage, cancellation policies, refund policies, and other requirements established by the applicable Travel Supplier.

By authorizing a reservation, the Client agrees to comply with all applicable Travel Supplier terms and conditions.

Adrian Lee + Associates Travel does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. Additionally, Adrian Lee + Associates Travel does not share any personal information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
