Terms and Conditions
By booking travel services through Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities and liabilities of both the client and Unique Experiences Travel LLC.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to Unique Experiences Travel LLC for booking travel arrangements. This includes reviewing and verifying all travel documents, such as passports (which must be valid for 6 months past the return date), visas, and vaccination requirements.
- The Client acknowledges that failure to comply with travel requirements may result in denied boarding, entry, and forfeiture of travel expenses. U.S. citizens traveling outside of the United States must present valid documents matching their photo I.D. names. Visit https://travel.state.gov for more information.
- Clients entering Canada must disclose any Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) convictions to comply with their regulations. Failure to disclose this may result in denied entry.
- It is the Client's responsibility to stay informed about travel advisories by regularly checking the U.S. Department of State or relevant government agencies' websites, as advisories and restrictions may change.
- If the Client has medical or physical concerns that may affect travel, they agree to consult their physician in advance. Unique Experiences Travel LLC is not liable for any medical emergencies occurring during the trip.
Use of Images and Information
By engaging with Unique Experiences Travel LLC, the Client grants permission to use images and testimonials for advertising and promotional purposes across various platforms. Personal information will not be disclosed without explicit consent.
Documentation
By booking travel services through Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
Unique Experiences Travel LLC is not responsible for any change fees assessed if passport information given to agent is not accurate. Failure to submit exact passport information can lead to change fee, delays while travel, and even denial of travel.
Disclaimer of Liability
Unique Experiences Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary for travel services offered by independent suppliers, including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators. We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions or any damages resulting from them.
Responsibilities of Travel Suppliers
Unique Experiences Travel LLC is not liable for any actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel suppliers. This includes personal injuries, property damage, or any other damages or expenses resulting from suppliers' actions or omissions.
Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements made by Unique Experiences Travel LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of respective travel suppliers. The Client is responsible for familiarizing themselves with these terms and ensuring compliance with all policies.
Limitation of Liability
Unique Experiences Travel LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of our services or the actions of any travel suppliers. Unique Experiences Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Hence, customer agrees that Unique Experiences Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Unique Experiences Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with. This includes, but is not limited to, any delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond our direct control.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, and medical emergencies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts.
Modifications
Unique Experiences Travel LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication with the Client.

By booking travel services through Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
