WildKind Travel

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 2026

By accessing or using the WildKind Travel client application and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with planning services.

1. Services Provided

WildKind Travel provides professional travel planning and advisory services, including itinerary research, curated recommendations, booking coordination, and travel support. WildKind Travel does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”).

All travel services are provided by independent third-party Suppliers and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, and policies.

2. Planning Fees

A nonrefundable planning fee is required before custom research or itinerary development begins. Planning fees are based on the type and complexity of travel and are charged per trip, per household.

Planning fees compensate WildKind Travel for professional time, expertise, and advisory services. Planning fees are separate from and do not apply to the cost of travel.

Once planning has begun, planning fees are nonrefundable.

3. Scope of Planning

Planning services include:

  • One primary curated proposal
  • Up to two reasonable revisions

Additional revisions or expanded planning requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.

WildKind Travel does not provide unlimited revisions, continuous price monitoring prior to booking, or on-demand itinerary restructuring unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Payments to Suppliers

Clients pay all travel costs directly to Suppliers. WildKind Travel does not collect or hold funds for airfare, accommodations, cruises, or tours unless explicitly stated.

Supplier pricing, availability, and promotions are not guaranteed until booked and paid. WildKind Travel is not responsible for price changes, availability changes, or errors originating from Suppliers.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, penalties, and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.

WildKind Travel is not responsible for Supplier cancellation fees, schedule changes, service interruptions, or denial of service. Planning fees remain nonrefundable regardless of travel outcome.

6. Travel Risks & Client Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, weather events, delays, government actions, and Supplier operational changes.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing travel documents and confirmations
  • Ensuring passport validity, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements
  • Obtaining recommended travel insurance

WildKind Travel strongly recommends travel insurance but does not guarantee coverage or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildKind Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, or damages resulting from acts or omissions of third-party Suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.

WildKind Travel’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total planning fees paid for the specific trip.

8. Communication & Response Time

WildKind Travel communicates during normal business hours and responds within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Emergency travel assistance is limited to the scope of services agreed upon.

9. Intellectual Property

All planning materials, itineraries, and written recommendations are the intellectual property of WildKind Travel and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Termination of Services

WildKind Travel reserves the right to terminate services for abusive behavior, nonpayment, or requests outside professional or ethical boundaries. Planning fees remain nonrefundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with planning services and using the WildKind Travel client app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
