These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including bookings, consultations, and any other travel-related arrangements. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms set by suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure reservations. Payment deadlines vary by supplier.
• Final payment is typically due before the travel date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Important Notes About Our Services:

• We provide complimentary vacation package quotes at no charge! Our services are funded by travel suppliers when you book, not by client fees.
• To maintain our high standard of service, we may limit the number of free quotes per request. Each customized itinerary requires significant research time from our specialists. If additional quotes are needed, a non-refundable research fee may be required (a portion of this fee will be applied to your final trip balance upon booking.

• We typically do not book airfare as an optional addition to packages. We will help you find airfare, but we request you book on your own, there are several advantages to the client book airfare themselves.
• In rare cases where clients request us to arrange non-package airfare separately, a booking fee will apply (up to $200 per ticket).
• We do not book stand-alone airfare.

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
• Changes to bookings (dates, names, destinations) may incur fees from suppliers, plus any administrative fees from our agency.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to supplier policies and may take several weeks.
• Magical Times Vacations does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for supplier cancellation policies.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required documentation.
• We are not liable for denied entry, delays, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
• Travelers should verify entry requirements for their destination(s) before departure.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
• Magical Times Vacations is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

• We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
• We are not liable for supplier failures, including delays, overbookings, bankruptcies, or changes in services.
• Complaints regarding services provided by third parties must be addressed directly with the supplier.

• Magical Times Vacations is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for disruptions caused by such events unless covered by supplier policies or travel insurance.

• Magical Times Vacations acts solely as a booking agent and assumes no liability for injuries, damages, losses, or inconveniences incurred during travel.
• Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the booking in question.

• Personal information provided for bookings will be used only for travel arrangements and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We may share necessary details with suppliers to fulfill bookings but will not sell your data to third parties.

• Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with Magical Times Vacations.
• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings in [Your Jurisdiction].
