JG Media - Terms and Conditions

1. Agency Disclosure

JG Media operates as an independent travel agency under the business name Groves Travel. We are

affiliated with the host agency RSI Vacations and the travel network Travel Leaders. We act as a travel

advisor and intermediary between you (the traveler) and travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines,

tour operators, etc.).

2. Booking Conditions

By confirming a trip through JG Media (Groves Travel), you agree to the specific terms and cancellation

policies of each travel supplier. You are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to booking.

3. Service Fees & Commissions

JG Media may earn a commission from suppliers or charge a planning or consultation fee depending on the

complexity of the trip or services requested. These fees are not standard and are assessed based on

workload and travel type. Group travel, multi-destination itineraries, or customized travel planning may be

subject to additional service fees. Fees are charged at our discretion, and clients will be notified in writing

before any service fee is charged. These fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of travel

booked through suppliers.

4. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes are subject to the policies of the supplier. JG Media will

assist with requests but is not liable for supplier-imposed penalties or delays in refunds.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler?s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required

documentation are in order. JG Media provides guidance but cannot be held liable for denied boarding or

entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend and urge all clients to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected

events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. JG Media can provide

quotes through trusted insurance partners, but the final decision to insure is the responsibility of the traveler.

Declining insurance is done at the client?s own risk.

7. Liability Disclaimer

JG Media is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers or third parties. All travel

involves risk, and clients agree to hold JG Media harmless in the event of supplier failure, injury, loss, or

inconvenience.

8. Health & Safety Requirements

Travelers must comply with all government health and safety requirements, including those related to

COVID-19, vaccinations, and destination-specific protocols.

9. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information to JG Media, you authorize us and/or our affiliated suppliers to charge

your card for the agreed travel services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with any travel planning or booking services through JG Media (dba Groves Travel), you

acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

11. Traveler Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and in order

prior to departure. This includes, but is not limited to, passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination records, and

any other health or government-mandated documentation. JG Media provides general guidance but cannot

guarantee the accuracy of destination entry requirements, which are subject to change without notice by local

authorities or airlines. Clients are responsible for staying informed and compliant with the requirements of

their destination(s). Travelers must carefully review all trip details provided by JG Media, including name

spellings, travel dates, and destinations, before submitting final payment. JG Media is not liable for any costs

or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Flight times, schedule

changes, gate assignments, and other travel logistics are the responsibility of the traveler to confirm directly

with their airline or cruise provider prior to departure.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first making a reasonable effort to

resolve the issue directly with JG Media. Initiating a chargeback for services that were provided as agreed,

including planning fees or supplier payments, may result in cancellation of any existing reservations and

refusal of future services. Any chargeback found to be fraudulent or unfounded may be subject to legal action

and recovery of associated fees and damages.

13. Travel Insurance Waiver

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and offered to all clients. If a client chooses to decline travel

insurance, they acknowledge that they are fully responsible for any financial loss or personal risk incurred

due to trip cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. By

declining insurance, clients release JG Media and its agents from any liability for losses that would have

otherwise been covered under a travel insurance policy.

14. Communication & Response Times

JG Media strives to respond to all client communications within 24 to 48 business hours. While we make

every effort to be available and responsive, we do not guarantee immediate responses outside of regular

business hours or on weekends and holidays. For time-sensitive travel issues occurring during travel, clients

should contact their airline, cruise line, or travel supplier directly. We encourage communication through

official channels such as email (preferred) or phone. Messages sent via social media or messaging apps may

not be monitored regularly and could result in delays or missed information.

15. Force Majeure

JG Media shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligations under

these Terms & Conditions caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not

limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, weather events, strikes, labor disputes, civil

unrest, government orders, travel restrictions, supplier defaults, or any other force majeure event. In such

cases, refunds or rebooking options will be subject to the policies of the individual travel suppliers involved.

16. Client Media Release

From time to time, JG Media may feature client testimonials, feedback, or travel photos (with permission) on

our website or social media platforms for marketing purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the

possible use of your first name, general trip descriptions, or shared images unless you request otherwise in

writing. We will never share sensitive personal information or photos without your consent.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under or in connection

with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milwaukee County,

Wisconsin.
