Allure Travel Co. Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is between AH Global Ventures LLC dba Allure Travel Co. (“Company”) and you (“Client”) (collectively the “Parties”, or in the singular “Party”), for the purpose of Client hiring Company to provide the travel advisory services outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
- Allure Travel Co. (“Company”) acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other independent contractors (“Suppliers”).
- The Company is not the provider of travel services and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Supplier.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to make travel bookings, and responsible for all payments made on behalf of yourself or your travel party.
2. Fees
- Planning Fees and, if applicable, Expedite Fees are non-refundable and due prior to any services.
- Fees do not include accommodations, airfare, transportation, or any Supplier costs.
- Company may receive commissions from Suppliers.
- Future bookings are subject to the then-current pricing.
3. Credit Card Authorization & Chargebacks
- By submitting your credit card authorization, you allow the Company to use your payment method to purchase travel services from Suppliers on your behalf.
- Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to file a chargeback to avoid cancellation penalties, change fees, Supplier terms, or other lawful charges.
- If a chargeback or reversal is attempted, you are responsible for all related costs, including legal fees.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or modification of your reservations, with no liability to the Company.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Many Supplier bookings are non-refundable once purchased.
- All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing.
- Company cancellation fee: $500.
- Company rescheduling fee: $500.
- Additional Supplier penalties may apply and vary by Supplier.
- Company is not liable for Supplier-initiated rescheduling or cancellations.
5. Products & Suppliers
- All travel services are governed by each Supplier’s terms and conditions, which you agree to review and abide by.
- Suppliers may modify itineraries, substitute services, or cancel components of your trip at their discretion.
6. Booking & Reservations
- Quotes and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Supplier.
- Final pricing is determined at the time of booking and may change due to Supplier policies or market conditions.
- The Company is not responsible for arrangements made independently of the Company.
7. Pricing Conditions
- Prices may change until paid in full.
- Seat assignments, luggage fees, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Airline rules regarding changes, cancellations, or rebooking vary and are strictly governed by the airline.
8. Credit Card on File
- You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for price increases, exchange-rate fluctuations, taxes, Supplier adjustments, and other applicable charges.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to charging additional approved costs.
9. Use of Personal Information
- You authorize the Company to obtain and share your personal information with Suppliers as necessary to arrange travel.
- The Company is not responsible for how third-party Suppliers handle your personal information.
10. Booking Accuracy
- You agree to provide accurate traveler information including legal names, dates of birth, and passport details.
- You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations promptly and reporting any errors.
- Errors due to incorrect or incomplete traveler information are your responsibility.
11. Airfare Terms
- Airline tickets are often highly restrictive, non-refundable, and subject to change fees.
- Seat assignments and aircraft type cannot be guaranteed.
- Layovers, delays, involuntary changes, or cancellations are the responsibility of the airline.
- The Company is not responsible for:
- missed flights
- schedule changes
- lost/delayed baggage
- denied boarding
- weather events
- mechanical disruptions
- force majeure events
12. Unused Travel Arrangements
- Unused portions of travel are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the Supplier.
- Group tours may require minimum passenger counts; Supplier policies apply.
13. Third-Party Liability
- The Company is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or service failures of Suppliers.
- You agree to hold the Company harmless from injuries, damages, delays, or losses related to Supplier actions or inactions.
14. International Travel Requirements
- You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for all destinations.
- Travelers must be medically fit to travel and must disclose any disabilities for reasonable accommodation considerations.
15. Travel with Minors
- You are responsible for all required consent forms, documentation, and legal requirements for minors traveling in your party.
16. Assumption of Risk
- You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather, terrain, physical activity, transportation, and other hazards.
- You agree to assume all risks and release the Company from liability related to travel activities.
17. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- If declined, you assume full responsibility for medical expenses, cancellations, delays, or interruptions.
- All insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.
18. Communication Policy
- The Company’s primary communication method is email.
- Response time is up to three business days.
- The Company is not liable for consequences resulting from communication delays caused by the client.
19. Confidentiality
- All itinerary materials are considered confidential and may be shared only for emergency or insurance purposes.
20. Currency Fluctuations
- Prices may vary due to exchange rates.
- Foreign transaction fees are your responsibility.
21. Maximum Damages
- The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for planning fees.
22. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
23. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from third-party actions or your travel arrangements.
24. Force Majeure
- The Company is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside its control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).
- Fees paid remain non-refundable.
25. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by California law, and disputes must be resolved in Orange County, CA or through arbitration as applicable.
26. Agreement to Terms
By submitting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions listed above.
