Neville-Moore, Inc. d/b/a Royal Splendor and Royal Splendor Travel General Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose and Agreement

Neville-Moore, Inc. d/b/a Royal Splendor and d/b/a Royal Splendor Travel (“Royal Splendor Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a fully accredited travel agency and concierge service providing custom-planned tours, cruises, and events.
By booking travel or submitting payment, you (“Traveler,” “Guest,” or “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all services arranged or provided by Royal Splendor Travel and its partners.

2. Engagement of Services

When you engage Royal Splendor Travel, you are hiring a professional travel advisor to design and manage your travel experience. Our Concierge Fee covers consultation, research, itinerary development, bookings, communication with suppliers, documentation, and ongoing support from deposit to return.

3. Royal Splendor Travel Concierge Fee

A non-refundable Concierge Fee of $225 per person (or as stated in your package) is due at the time of booking. This fee compensates Royal Splendor Travel for planning, coordination, and administrative services and is not applied toward supplier payments or travel costs.

4. Payment Authorization and Processing

Payments are processed by Neville-Moore, Inc. d/b/a Royal Splendor Travel, the official supplier for all Royal Splendor programs.

By submitting payment, you authorize Royal Splendor Travel to charge your credit or debit card for travel deposits, monthly payments, concierge fees, and any additional approved travel services.
All payments are securely processed through Shopify, our authorized merchant system.

If you enroll in a monthly or automatic-payment plan, you authorize Royal Splendor Travel to process scheduled payments automatically on their due dates using your stored payment method.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the application of any related penalties or fees.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Royal Splendor Travel acts solely as an independent intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own or operate any transportation, lodging, or service providers.
Therefore, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, loss, damage, injury, or expenses arising from the actions of any supplier or from conditions beyond our control (such as weather, labor disputes, pandemics, or political events).

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your trip, including illness, injury, property loss, or delays. Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical condition and ensuring they can participate safely in planned activities.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, illness, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and supplier insolvency.
Royal Splendor Travel offers access to an exclusive Travelex Group Travel Protection Plan for our guests, but the purchase is optional and must be elected separately.

8. Passports & Documentation

A valid passport is required for all international travel and must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas, entry requirements, and travel documents.
Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding without a refund.

9. Photography and Media Release

By participating in a Royal Splendor Travel program, you grant permission for the use of your image or likeness in photos, videos, or marketing materials captured during the trip. Royal Splendor Travel may use these materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Splendor Travel’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of services purchased through us. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.

12. Acknowledgment

By submitting payment or confirming participation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

13. Zoom Consultations and Virtual Meetings

Royal Splendor Travel may conduct client consultations, planning sessions, or informational gatherings via Zoom or other virtual platforms. By participating in these sessions, you consent to the use of video conferencing for communication, planning, and confirmation of trip details. You also understand that notes, summaries, and agreements made during these meetings may serve as documentation of your authorization for specific travel arrangements or payments.

14. Authorization to Sign on Behalf of Traveler

By booking travel through Royal Splendor Travel, you grant Nancy-Kay Neville, President, and David Moore, Vice President, of Neville-Moore, Inc., authorization to sign necessary supplier documents, group contracts, or travel confirmations on your behalf as required to secure reservations, payments, or group benefits related to your trip. This authorization applies only to travel arrangements booked through Royal Splendor Travel and does not extend to personal financial matters or unrelated business. 10/31/25
