TLS Travel SD, LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These terms and conditions are for any agent working under TLS Travel SD, LLC even if the DBA is different from Pack and Play Travel or TLS Travel SD, LLC
As Primary Traveler On Reservation and on behalf of all guests on reservation: I understand this is a disclosure of business practices for the purchase of travel services. I agree that payments may be made direct to selected travel suppliers on my behalf by TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC ; paid in prorated amounts not to exceed the sum total of approved charges. I understand Debit Cards often impose Daily Charge Limits and multiple payments may be needed to complete the full balance due; for which you will be notified if the situation occurs.
TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC will not release personal information to ANY parties not listed below, unless provided in writing as an Emergency Contact and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secured, safe location.
TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers of services and shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accident or event beyond their control, or by any action or negligence of any persons who are not in their employ. TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air, sea or other services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, or other causes. The right is reserved to make adjustments in the itinerary if deemed necessary.
Client is aware and understands that suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise‐lines and other travel providers have experienced significant financial impacts from Covid‐19 and Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC.) assumes no financial obligation or liability due to businesses failing, closing or bankruptcy and the Client will hold the Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC.) and its affiliated harmless from any claims, courses of ac on, suit or response, pertaining to such events.
*Prices are accurate at time of quote and are subject to change until trip is paid in full.
*Passports: All international trips require a Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure. Any and all additional Visa's or travel documents required are the responsibility of the traveler. TLS Travel SD, LLC is not responsible if a client is denied entry at any destination.
*Air Travel : Flight details including departure times are always subject to change by the airlines and are not under the control of TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC. It is the travelers responsibility to check in for the flight 24 hours in advance and reconfirm all gates and times.
*FEES: I am aware there are potential Cancellation, Refund and Surcharge Policies and Fees by suppliers; I understand it is my responsibility to read and abide by the policies, terms and conditions as posted on supplier documents and agree not to dispute or chargeback any of the above signed for and acknowledged charges without proper course of action. I understand that TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC will impose the following charges as applicable:
1) All reservations, are subject to Cancellation Fees of $50$200 per person depending on the type of Travel Management plan selected by the client .
2.) while requests for Extension of Payment Due Dates are usually denied by supplier, an such extension action is subject to a $50 Service Fee,
3.) Booking Transfer Request will assess a Service Fees of $100 per adult: ALL fees will be applied to the provided credit card account as provided. These fees can be in
addition to any supplier cancellation fees or charges.
4) Any Changes to travel plans after deposit will incur a $100 per change fee that will be charged to the card on file before changes can be made.
*Travel Insurance :TLS TRAVEL SD, LLC offers Travel Protection that can help minimize the monetary loss incurred due to unforeseen events beyond your control such as: cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, trip delay, and especially medical emergencies. Please see charges for those who decline travel insurance and issues, travel delays or cancellations arise.
COVID Release, Assumption of risk, Waiver or Liability & Indemnity Agreement
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID19, Coronavirus) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.
Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices.
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid19 and will be denied. Client holds Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC) and its affiliates harmless for his/her election to not purchase travel insurance, or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid19 or any other claim under the policy. Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID19 as a 'known event' late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. Client understands that he/she is bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to Coronavirus/Covid19. Please read your policy as you will have some coverage if you yourself gets ill due to COVID19 but not the fear of travel.
Client is aware and understands the risks of the travel warnings, travel restrictions, and rules of travel. Client is accepting of these terms and will hold Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC) and its affiliates harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations he/she is traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC) and its affiliates harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid19, and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or ?charge back? to Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC) and its affiliates for said penalties or fees.
Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or other means of transportation.
Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during his/her travels that may impede his/her ability to enter or exit the destination as planned.
Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus/COVID19, and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.
