Lafaye Vacations LLC, d/b/a Lafaye Vacations, Affordable Getaways, Affordable Getaways LLC, and Roberson Walden Financial Services, acts solely as a sales agent for cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car-rental companies, tour operators, and any other travel suppliers named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of Suppliers to provide services or adhere to their own policies.

• All reservations must be made using the full legal name that appears on the government-issued identification you will use for travel (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
• Any name changes after documents have been issued may incur additional fees set by Suppliers.

• We accept payments by major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, Tern, TravelJoy, and Travefy.
• Payments may also be made using FlexPay.
• Monthly payment plans are available where offered by Suppliers or third-party platforms.
• Payment deadlines vary depending on the trip and Supplier requirements, typically due 90–120 days before travel.
• Deposit requirements and payment schedules will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• All payments to Lafaye Vacations and/or its Suppliers are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• If your travel arrangements are canceled or postponed by a Supplier due to a pandemic, natural disaster, or other reasons, Lafaye Vacations will make reasonable efforts to assist you with refunds or alternate arrangements.

  • A service fee may apply, and we will discuss this with you prior to processing.
• If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, Lafaye Vacations will attempt to assist with rebooking if permitted by the Supplier. Fees may apply, and refunds/rebookings are not guaranteed.

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, health documentation, and any other required entry documents.
• Lafaye Vacations is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

• Lafaye Vacations is not liable for:

  • Supplier failures (delays, overbooking, schedule changes, cancellations, lost baggage, etc.).
  • Personal injury, property damage, accidents, illness, or death during travel.
  • Acts of God, government actions, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not act in any representative capacity or participate as a member of a class of claimants in any lawsuit, arbitration, or proceeding against Lafaye Vacations regarding any claims or disputes.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance options may include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and lost luggage coverage.

By booking with Lafaye Vacations LLC, d/b/a Lafaye Vacations, Affordable Getaways, and Affordable Getaways LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Information on our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Lafaye Vacations be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use this site. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to this site’s records, programs, or services.
• In no event shall Lafaye Vacations’ total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed one hundred dollars (US $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
• The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
