When you use these platforms, your information may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those platforms. We encourage you to review any applicable privacy policies when submitting information through third-party tools.

7. Website Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve the user experience, and support marketing efforts.

These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with our website.

You may be able to adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being used. Some website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

8. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our emails, request travel information, or otherwise opt in to receive communications, we may send you travel updates, promotions, newsletters, or agency announcements.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us directly. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing messages related to active quotes, bookings, payments, travel documents, or client-service matters.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect and maintain. These steps may include using secure platforms, password-protected systems, limited-access files, supplier portals, and approved payment authorization methods.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide travel services, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, supplier, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and support future client service.
