JetLaggers Soiree, LLC - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by JetLaggers Soiree, LLC ("JetLaggers Soiree"). By using any services offered by JetLaggers Soiree, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using any JetLaggers Soiree services.

1. Services Offered: 1.1. JetLaggers Soiree provides travel planning and booking services for individuals and groups, including flights, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, itinerary planning, and cruises.
2. Booking and Payments: 2.1. Booking requests can be made through JetLaggers Soiree's website, mobile application, or directly through authorized agents. 2.2. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by JetLaggers Soiree. 2.3. JetLaggers Soiree reserves the right to cancel bookings that are not paid for in accordance with the specified terms.
3. Travel Documentation Requirements: 3.1. It is the travelers’ responsibility to have proper travel documents for their trip. 3.2. Your passport must have a validity of at least six months remaining before it needs to be renewed. If your passport does not meet this requirement, it is strongly advised to renew it before your trip. 3.3. For international travel (excluding cruises that begin and end at the same U.S. port), U.S. citizens must have a valid passport. 3.4. For cruises that start and end at the same U.S. port, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport and/or original state-issued birth certificate with raised seal and photo ID. 3.5. Non-U.S. Citizens and resident aliens should contact their respective embassies and U.S. immigration for applicable regulations regarding travel documentation.
4. Travel Cancellation Insurance: 4.1. Travel Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended due to the cancellation policies of vendors. 4.2. Travel insurance must be purchased no later than the final payment date for the trip. 4.3. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are aware of all cancellation penalties and that travel insurance is available for purchase until the final payment date (but prior to the penalty start date). 4.4. Travel insurance can protect travelers from various issues, including possible penalties due to unforeseen medical reasons or other circumstances.
5. Liability: 5.1. JetLaggers Soiree acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided, JetLaggers Soiree cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or changes made by third-party service providers. 5.2. JetLaggers Soiree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 6.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JetLaggers Soiree is registered. 6.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which JetLaggers Soiree is registered.
7. Modification of Terms: 7.1. JetLaggers Soiree reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the JetLaggers Soiree website or other official communication channels.

By using JetLaggers Soiree services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use JetLaggers Soiree services.
