Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. These Terms and Conditions explain how Natalie Navigates provides travel planning services and what you can expect when working with me. By submitting your trip inquiry, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who I Am
Natalie Navigates is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Best Day Ever Vacations. I work with trusted suppliers to help plan unforgettable travel experiences. I do not operate tours, cruise ships, airlines, or hotels—I serve as your guide, planner, and travel support throughout the process.

2. What’s Included
When you book with Natalie Navigates, you receive:
- Personalized travel planning based on your preferences
- Custom proposals and itineraries
- Coordination of bookings through trusted suppliers
- Support before and during travel (based on trip type)
Most services are commission-based and free to you, meaning I am compensated by the travel suppliers I book through. Some types of travel (especially DIY or non-commissionable trips) may receive lighter support.

3. Your Role as the Traveler
To help make your trip as smooth as possible, I kindly ask that you:
- Provide accurate personal and travel details (names, dates, preferences)
- Carefully review all documents and confirm accuracy before submitting payments
- Let me know as soon as possible about any changes or issues

4. Payments & Fees
- Payments are made directly to the travel supplier, not to Natalie Navigates.
- No planning fee is charged at this time.
- If a trip is non-commissionable, lighter planning support may be offered at my discretion.
- Planning fees may be introduced in the future with prior notice.

5. Changes & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to the cancellation, change, and refund policies of the supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.). Natalie Navigates:
- Is not responsible for supplier changes, cancellations, or penalties
- Cannot guarantee refunds or recover lost deposits
- Strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. You are responsible for purchasing or declining coverage. I’m happy to guide you to reputable options if needed.

7. Responsibility Disclaimer
Natalie Navigates acts solely as an advisor and intermediary between you and travel suppliers. I am not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Illness, injury, or loss during travel
- Errors or negligence by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators
You assume full responsibility for your participation in travel experiences.

8. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for obtaining and verifying:
- Passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
- Visas, vaccination records, and entry requirements
- Any additional documentation required by your destination(s)

9. Privacy
Your personal information is used only for the purpose of planning and booking travel. It is handled securely and never sold or shared beyond what’s necessary to complete your bookings.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from your use of my services shall be resolved under Colorado jurisdiction.
