Tiipsy Travels - TPI Terms and Conditions

We are Tiipsy Travels LLC (“Tiipsy Travels,” “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and we are excited to assist you with your travel planning. The following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) describe the relationship between you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “you”) and Tiipsy Travels, including any travel advisor, independent contractor, employee, or representative acting on behalf of the Agency.

By engaging our services, signing this Agreement, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

Tiipsy Travels offers travel planning, hotel and cruise bookings, curated itineraries, concierge assistance, and custom travel experiences through the following packages:

• Tiipsy Stay
• Tiipsy Sail
• Tiipsy Takoff ($50/flight booking)
• Tiipsy Blueprint
• Tiipsy Platinum
• Tiipsy Prestige

Each package includes varying levels of service. Specific terms may apply based on the package selected and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Tiipsy Travels LLC acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Airlines
• Hotels and resorts
• Cruise lines
• Tour operators
• Transportation providers
• Destination management companies
• Activity and excursion providers

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, injuries, losses, or damages.

All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.

By engaging Tiipsy Travels, you voluntarily waive and release Tiipsy Travels LLC, its owners, contractors, and employees from any and all liability, including but not limited to:

• Injury, illness, death, or property damage
• Delays, loss of personal items, cancellations
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events (force majeure)

You accept all risks related to travel and assume full responsibility for your participation.

Some travel advisors affiliated with Tiipsy Travels operate as independent contractors.

Regardless of advisor status, all services are provided under the Tiipsy Travels brand and legal entity, and this Agreement applies to all bookings made through the Agency.

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice until confirmed with payment.

Quotes are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and confirmed by suppliers.

The Agency is not responsible for:

• Supplier price increases
• Currency fluctuations
• Fuel surcharges
• Taxes or government fees
• Availability changes

Deposits and full payments are required according to supplier deadlines.

Tiipsy Travels may charge professional service fees, including but not limited to:

• Planning fees
• Agency management fees
• Consultation fees
• Change or revision fees
• Concierge services
• After-hours services

Unless otherwise stated, agency fees are non-refundable.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation and penalties.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required documentation, including:

• Passports
• Visas
• Health documentation
• Vaccination records
• Entry permits

Passports are typically required to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates.

Tiipsy Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If declined, you accept full financial responsibility for losses, cancellations, medical expenses, or disruptions.

Changes and cancellations are subject to:

• Supplier penalties
• Fare differences
• Agency service fees

Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined by suppliers.

Tiipsy Travels is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Strikes
• Pandemics
• Transportation disruptions
• Civil unrest

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiipsy Travels LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Financial loss
• Emotional distress
• Travel disruptions
• Supplier failures

The Agency’s liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to Tiipsy Travels.

By providing your phone number to Tiipsy Travels LLC, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from the Agency and its affiliated advisors related to your travel services, including:

• Booking confirmations
• Trip updates and reminders
• Appointment scheduling
• Customer service communications
• Important travel notifications
• Promotional offers or marketing messages (if applicable)

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You may request assistance by replying HELP.

Opting out may limit our ability to provide time-sensitive travel updates.

By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the authorized user of the device.

Tiipsy Travels does not sell or share mobile information without consent.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

By signing, engaging services, or submitting payment, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
