All planning retainers, consulting fees, and professional service charges are invoiced through Destinations by Brittany LLC

These fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before planning begins, or according to the payment schedule outlined in the signed contract.

Planning retainers secure your project time and cover professional expertise, not travel costs.

A non-refundable $20.00 per ticket Air Ticketing Service Fee will be added to all flight bookings.

• This fee is invoiced through Destinations by Brittany LLC or included within the supplier’s total payment amount.
• The fee is earned at the time of booking and is non-refundable under all circumstances — even if the airline ticket is canceled, refunded, changed, credited, or modified by the airline or traveler.
• This fee covers professional time and expertise required to:

  • Research and compare flight options
  • Monitor airline schedule changes
  • Support with rebooking, disruptions, and travel-day issues
  • Manage airline communication on behalf of the client

All supplier payments are invoiced through Destinations by Brittany LLC or its host agency (Travel Planners International) through the supplier included in the total payment.

Payments are made directly to suppliers (airlines, resorts, ground transfer companies, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) and are subject to each supplier’s terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules.

Destinations by Brittany LLC is not responsible for supplier cancellations, changes, schedule modifications, or fees.

Planning fees, retainers, air ticketing service fees, and professional service charges (via Destinations by Brittany, LLC) are non-refundable.

Supplier refunds (if any) will follow the supplier’s policies only. Destinations by Brittany LLC does not control supplier refund timelines or amounts.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, itineraries, invoices, and agreements upon receipt.

Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

The Planner is not liable for errors, omissions, or issues once documents have been approved by the Client.

Destinations by Brittany LLC is an independent affiliate of Travel Planners International, Inc., a Florida-registered Seller of Travel (#ST17873) and California Seller of Travel (#2063964-50). Travel Planners International is a proud member of ASTA and CLIA.

By submitting payment or signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions and understands that:

• Destinations by Brittany LLC handles all air ticketing service fees, and professional service charges. DBB manages supplier payments, reservations, and trip execution.
