Wandering Breeze Travel - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our travel planning and booking services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Booking & Payment
(a) All bookings require a deposit, which varies depending on the travel package. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date to avoid cancellation. (b) Prices are subject to change based on availability, supplier pricing, and exchange rates. (c) Payments must be made through the approved methods provided by Wandering Breeze Travel.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
(a) Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel package, supplier, and destination. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms before booking. (b) Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to supplier policies and may be issued as travel credits or partial reimbursements. (c) Wandering Breeze Travel is not responsible for supplier cancellations, delays, or force majeure events beyond our control.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
(a) Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel permits before departure. (b) Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel disruptions. (c) Wandering Breeze Travel is not liable for denied entry, missed flights, or other issues related to documentation.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities
(a) Wandering Breeze Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. (b) We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party service providers. (c) Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel, including but not limited to weather conditions, political events, and health advisories.
6. Changes & Modifications
(a) Wandering Breeze Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including supplier changes or safety concerns. (b) Clients will be notified of significant changes, and alternative arrangements will be provided when possible. (c) Additional costs resulting from modifications requested by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
7. Conduct & Compliance
(a) Clients must comply with all local laws, regulations, and supplier policies while traveling. (b) Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of services without a refund. (c) Wandering Breeze Travel is not liable for legal issues or penalties incurred by clients during their travels.
8. Force Majeure
Wandering Breeze Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline strikes.
