Taste Travel Co. Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking travel services with Lauren Harvey at Taste Travel ("Taste Travel Co."), an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, a registered seller of travel.

By engaging my services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Taste Travel Co. provides travel advising and booking services including, but not limited to, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and other travel-related arrangements. I act as an independent advisor and intermediary between you and the third-party travel suppliers that fulfill your travel services. All bookings are made through my affiliation with Fora Travel, CST #2140327-40, a licensed and accredited travel agency.

Some services may require a non-refundable service fee. This fee covers the time, research, expertise, and support I provide throughout the planning process. Fee structures will be clearly communicated prior to beginning work and are separate from the costs of your travel components.

2.1 Service Fee Agreement

To begin working together on a trip, a service fee may be required. Full amount due upfront.

This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is non-refundable.

Purpose of Service Fee

This service fee compensates for the time, expertise, and personalized attention that goes into curating your travel experience. It covers comprehensive research, itinerary customization, and seamless trip coordination, ensuring that your journey aligns with your preferences and travel goals. Additionally, it includes 24/7 support while you're traveling, so you have peace of mind knowing that assistance is just a message away.

By working with me, you gain access to my industry knowledge, exclusive partnerships, and expert guidance—ultimately saving you time, reducing stress, and enhancing your overall travel experience.

Trip Planning Cancellation Policy

If the client decides not to, or is unable to follow through with booking the trip in full, the remaining unpaid amount on the service fee is due upon cancellation.

By e-signing this form, I understand and accept Lauren Harvey's Fee Structure. I understand and accept there are cancellation policies that apply to my travel plans and services.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Payment will be charged to the credit card you provide. By signing this form, you agree to have your card charged according to the payment terms outlined above. The initial payment charge will be processed upon you completing this form.

Credit Card Security

We will always notify you before making bookings on your credit card. Your card information is stored in a secure database with Fora and is never shared.

• All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of the travel suppliers.
• Pricing is not guaranteed until payment is received and your booking is confirmed.
• You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations and invoices. Please notify me promptly of any discrepancies.

• Change and cancellation policies are determined by each supplier and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the supplier’s terms and may take time to process.
• Lauren Harvey Travel is not liable for fees or losses due to changes, cancellations, or supplier policy enforcement.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance can help protect against trip cancellation, interruption, delay, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. I can refer you to trusted insurance providers, but the purchase and understanding of coverage is your responsibility.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements including valid passports, visas, vaccination or testing requirements, and compliance with local laws and entry/exit rules. While I may assist with general guidance, it is your responsibility to verify all documentation.

Travel inherently involves risk. This may include but is not limited to natural disasters, health risks (including COVID-19), political instability, weather disruptions, and changes by service providers. By booking through Lauren Harvey Travel, you voluntarily assume these risks.

Lauren Harvey Travel, operating under Fora Travel, does not own or operate any travel suppliers. I am not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or failures by third parties. Any issues must be addressed directly with the supplier. Liability for damages is limited to the amount of my service fee paid.

I strive to build professional, respectful relationships with clients. I reserve the right to discontinue services at any point due to hostile, inappropriate, or dishonest behavior.

Personal information you share is used only for travel planning and booking purposes. I respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data outside of what is necessary to complete travel arrangements, unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from services provided shall fall under the jurisdiction of Colorado courts.

By choosing to work with Taste Travel Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
