Corporate Travel Pro Terms and Conditions

Vacation Travel Pro offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Vacation Travel Pro does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Vacation Travel Pro acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Vacation Travel Pro shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.

PASSPORT / TRAVEL VISA: Travel outside of your home country will require the need for valid travel documents such as: passport, visa, re-entry permit, health certificate, inoculation record, a ticket for the return journey or continuance of your trip, or ANY combination thereof. The responsibility for the proper documentation rests with the individual passenger, not Vacation Travel Pro, LLC or Avoya Travel. Concerns about the required travel documents may be resolved by contacting the appropriate consulate or embassy.SPECIAL NOTE: If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Vacation Travel Pro will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.
