Divine Travel Design Terms and Conditions

Divine Travel Design offers full-service concierge travel designing, consulting, and a wide network of travel partner relationships & resources. This service requires a consulting fee to begin work on any itinerary.  By engaging the Travel Advisor's services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below:

The Travel Advisor agrees to provide consulting services which include: Destination research and recommendations, itinerary design & access to a custom itinerary app. Assistance with making reservations according the planning package chosen (e.g., flights, accommodations, and tours). Other travel-related advisory services as mutually agreed upon. **New trip inquiries that have 90 days or less notice from desired departure date are subject to rush fees in addition to the consulting fee package chosen. 

The Client agrees to: Provide accurate and complete information necessary, respond promptly to requests for additional details or approvals, and assumes responsibility for any incorrect information provided, changes or cancellations after services are rendered.

• All itinerary proposals and quotes are not guaranteed and are subject to change until deposit is received. Travel agent does not control pricing or availability provided by suppliers.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a confirmation email or invoice.

• Deposits and payment schedules will be specified during the booking process.
• Full payment must be received by the specified due date from supplier, or the booking may be canceled.

• All prices are quoted in US currency.
• The Client is responsible for any additional fees, such as currency conversion or bank transaction fees.

• The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications.
• A valid passport with six months remaining until the expiration date is required for entry into many countries. In some cases, airlines don't allow passengers holding passports with a validity period of under six months to board flights to access these destinations. Travel Agent is not responsible for incorrect or invalid passports or government ID
• The Divine Travel Design, and or Travel Agent will not be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

• Any changes requested by the Client are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
• Any changes to names or passengers made after deposit will incur additional charges, and are subject to availability.

• Cancellation by the client requests must be made in writing.
• Non-refundable components such as flights or special arrangements may not be eligible for a refund. Travel Agent does not stipulate these terms and conditions and will be determined by the supplier used on the clients bookings.

• Divine Travel Design & Travel Agent acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
• Divine Travel Design & Travel Agent is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third parties.

• Divine Travel Design & Travel Agent is not responsible for events beyond its control, ie: natural disasters, government actions, or strikes and shall not be responsible for any fees that are incurred due to these events.
• Divine Travel Design & the Travel Agent reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Client fails to meet their obligations or in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be notified in writing.

• Divine Travel Design & Travel Agent strongly recommends that the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
• If the client chooses to not purchase travel insurance, a decline waiver will be signed.
• If travel insurance is utilized, Divine Travel Design & Travel Agent are not able to or responsible for filing insurance claims.

• The Client is expected to behave respectfully during the trip.
• Divine Travel Design reserves the right to terminate services for any Client engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior without a refund.

• Personal information collected will be used solely for booking purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Divine Travel Design ofrece servicios de diseño de viajes estilo concierge, asesoramiento personalizado y acceso a una amplia red de socios y recursos del sector turístico. Para comenzar con cualquier itinerario, se requiere una tarifa de consultoría. Al contratar los servicios del Asesor de Viajes, el Cliente acepta los términos que se describen a continuación:

• La tarifa de consultoría no es reembolsable y se cobra por cada itinerario.
• Si el cliente no realiza el viaje, la tarifa puede aplicarse a otro viaje dentro de un plazo de 6 meses.
• El Asesor de Viajes brindará: investigación de destinos, recomendaciones, diseño de itinerario, acceso a una app personalizada, reservaciones según el paquete elegido (vuelos, hospedaje, tours) y otros servicios acordados.
• Las consultas para viajes con menos de 90 días antes de la salida deseada están sujetas a una tarifa urgente adicional.

• Proporcionar información precisa y completa.
• Responder con prontitud a solicitudes o aprobaciones.
• Asumir la responsabilidad por datos incorrectos o cambios solicitados después de haber recibido servicios.

• Todas las cotizaciones están sujetas a disponibilidad hasta que se reciba el depósito.
• Divine Travel Design no tiene control sobre los precios o disponibilidad que manejan los proveedores.
• La reserva se considera confirmada solo tras el pago correspondiente y el envío de una confirmación oficial por correo o factura.

• Los plazos y montos serán detallados durante el proceso de reserva.
• El pago total debe recibirse antes de la fecha límite establecida por el proveedor o la reserva podrá cancelarse.

• Todos los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD).
• El cliente es responsable de cualquier cargo adicional, como comisiones bancarias o conversiones de moneda.

• El cliente es responsable de portar la documentación necesaria: pasaportes, visas, certificados de salud, etc.
• Muchos países exigen que el pasaporte tenga una vigencia mínima de 6 meses.
• Algunas aerolíneas pueden negar el embarque por pasaportes vencidos o con poca vigencia.
• Divine Travel Design no se hace responsable por documentación inválida o incompleta.

• Cambios solicitados por el cliente están sujetos a disponibilidad y cargos adicionales.
• Cambios de nombres o pasajeros después del depósito también pueden generar cargos extras.

• Las cancelaciones deben solicitarse por escrito.
• Elementos no reembolsables como boletos de avión u ofertas especiales no están sujetos a devolución.
• Las condiciones de reembolso dependen exclusivamente del proveedor del servicio.

• Divine Travel Design actúa como intermediario entre el cliente y proveedores (aerolíneas, hoteles, operadores turísticos, etc.).
• No se hace responsable por pérdidas, daños, retrasos o lesiones causadas por estos terceros.
• Tampoco se responsabiliza por eventos fuera de su control como desastres naturales, acciones gubernamentales o huelgas.
• Divine Travel Design se reserva el derecho de finalizar este acuerdo si el cliente incumple sus responsabilidades o ante circunstancias imprevistas. En ese caso, se notificará por escrito.

• Se recomienda fuertemente adquirir un seguro de viaje completo.
• Si el cliente elige no contratarlo, deberá firmar una renuncia.
• Divine Travel Design no se encarga de presentar reclamos ante la aseguradora.

• Se espera que el cliente mantenga un comportamiento respetuoso durante el viaje.
• Divine Travel Design se reserva el derecho de suspender los servicios sin reembolso en caso de conducta ilegal o disruptiva.

• La información personal se utilizará únicamente para fines de viaje y se manejará conforme a nuestra política de privacidad.

Viajar conlleva riesgos inherentes como retrasos, cancelaciones, riesgos sanitarios, condiciones climáticas adversas y eventos imprevistos como disturbios civiles o desastres naturales.

Aunque en Divine Travel Design hacemos todo lo posible para asegurar una experiencia fluida, no tenemos control sobre el clima ni sobre eventos de fuerza mayor, y no asumimos responsabilidad por resultados fuera de nuestro alcance. Condiciones Climáticas y Elementos Naturales: Factores como el clima o el sargazo marino son impredecibles y están fuera de nuestro control. La presencia de estos elementos no constituye causa para reembolsos ni compensaciones.

Al confirmar su reserva, usted declara que ha leído, entendido y aceptado todos los términos y condiciones aquí descritos.
