You understand that these Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with True To You Travel Co. LLC (“Agency”) and apply to all travel planning, booking, and related services provided.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations immediately upon receipt and must report any errors promptly. The Agency is not responsible for errors not reported in a timely manner. Payments must be made by supplier deadlines to avoid cancellation. Names and birthdates generally cannot be changed after booking. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until deposits are paid and confirmed by the supplier.
Role of the Travel Advisor
True To You Travel Co. LLC acts solely as an agent for independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators. The Agency is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, errors, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other supplier-related matters.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers. Supplier policies, penalties, and fees are separate from Agency policies and fees.
Professional Service & Planning Fees
The Agency provides professional research, planning, booking, and ongoing travel support services. Certain services may incur non-refundable professional fees separate from supplier charges.
Free consultations include up to three itinerary revisions after the initial proposal. Additional revisions may incur a non-refundable planning fee of $250.
Professional service fees compensate the Agency for time, expertise, and services rendered and are non-refundable once services have been performed.
Change Fees
Reasonable minor adjustments are permitted without charge. However, a $100–$250 per reservation change fee will apply to major changes after booking.

Supplier change fees may apply separately and are outside the Agency’s control.
Cancellation Fees
Due to the professional time, planning, and services involved in securing travel, the following cancellation fee applies:
- $250 per room or stateroom reservation cancelled
This fee applies regardless of the number of guests in the room. If multiple rooms or staterooms are reserved, the $250 per room or stateroom cancellation fee applies separately to each individual room or stateroom, even if booked for the same travel party or family.
This cancellation fee will be waived only if the client immediately rebooks a new reservation through True To You Travel Co. LLC at the time of cancellation.
If the client cancels and does not immediately rebook, or delays rebooking, the $250 per room or stateroom cancellation fee will apply.
Agency cancellation fees are non-refundable and separate from supplier cancellation penalties.
