Thank you for choosing to plan your trip with me. These Terms & Conditions outline how we work together, so we're both clear on what to expect. By booking travel through Jess Visits the Castle, you agree to the terms below.

I provide travel planning and advisory services for multiple entities including, but not limited to, theme parks, cruises, group travel, and beach destinations. This includes personalized recommendations, itinerary planning, and booking coordination with travel suppliers on your behalf.

I do not charge a planning fee. My services are compensated through commissions paid by the travel suppliers I book with (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.), not by you directly. Because there is no fee for my planning services, there is nothing to refund if you choose to cancel your planning agreement with me before booking.

All payments for your trip (deposits, final payments, upgrades, and add-ons) are made directly to the travel supplier according to that supplier's payment schedule and policies. I do not collect or hold your trip funds.

Cancellation and change policies (including any penalties or fees) are set by the individual travel suppliers, not by me, and vary by booking. I'll walk you through the specific policy that applies to your trip at the time of booking.

I can handle your initial flight booking. After that booking is made, any changes to your flights are between you and the airline directly. I'm happy to provide guidance on how to make those changes yourself, but I do not manage post-booking flight changes on your behalf.

You're responsible for ensuring you and anyone traveling with you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents, as well as meeting any health or entry requirements for your destination. I'm glad to point you toward the right resources, but final responsibility for documentation rests with you.

I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip. Travel insurance can protect you against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other disruptions. I can help you understand your options, but the decision to purchase (or decline) coverage is yours.

I rely on the information you give me (names, dates, ages, preferences, and special requests) to build accurate quotes and bookings. Please review all confirmations carefully, as errors caught after booking may not be correctable without a fee from the supplier.

I act as an advisor and intermediary between you and travel suppliers. I am not the supplier of the actual travel services and am not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of those third-party suppliers. Prices, availability, and policies are set by suppliers and may change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

I am not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside my control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other emergencies.

I aim to respond to all client communication promptly and keep you informed throughout the planning process. Please reach out with any questions, changes, or concerns as early as possible so I can best assist you.

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on my website.
