By requesting a quote, submitting payment, or booking travel through Ember and Atlas Travel LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Agency Role

Ember and Atlas Travel LLC acts solely as a travel planning and booking agent for suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators. We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their services, actions, delays, changes, or errors.

2. Payments

By submitting payment, you authorize Ember and Atlas Travel LLC to make your payment directly to the travel supplier. We do not hold client funds. All bookings are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the supplier’s policies. Many bookings are non-refundable and penalties may apply. Ember and Atlas Travel LLC has no control over supplier refund decisions.

4. Travel Protection Offer

Travel protection is available for your booking. If it is declined, the client accepts full financial responsibility for any loss resulting from cancellation, delays, illness, injury, or other unexpected travel disruptions..

5. Traveler Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, and travel documentation. Any fees due to incorrect information are the client’s responsibility.

6. Documentation Requirements

Clients are responsible for passports, visas, and all destination entry requirements. Ember and Atlas Travel LLC is not responsible for denied entry or denied boarding due to improper documentation.

7. Pricing and Availability

All pricing is subject to availability and change until payment is submitted and confirmed by the supplier.

8. Force Majeure

Ember and Atlas Travel LLC is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or supplier operational issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ember and Atlas Travel LLC is not responsible for injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage caused by any third-party supplier.

10. Communication Consent

By completing any of our forms or booking a trip with us, you consent to communication via email, text message, and social media regarding your travel planning and booking. If you prefer not to be contacted through any of these methods, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate your preference.
