About Featherlight Travel Featherlight Travel is an independent travel consulting business operated by Featherlight Consulting, LLC. We provide professional travel planning and consulting services and act solely as an independent intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

Scope of Services Services may include itinerary design, booking coordination, cruise planning, international and domestic travel planning, and pre- and post-travel consultation. Services vary by client and trip.

Independent Contractors & Suppliers Featherlight Travel does not own or control travel suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or failures. All supplier terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply.

Payments & Fees Pricing is subject to change until paid in full. Deposits, final payments, and refunds are governed by supplier policies. Planning or service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Changes All changes or cancellations are subject to supplier penalties. Featherlight Travel has no control over supplier-imposed fees or refunds.

Travel Insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.

Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with passport, visa, and health requirements.

Assumption of Risk Travel involves inherent risks. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Featherlight Travel’s liability is limited to fees paid directly to Featherlight Travel for planning services.

Force Majeure Featherlight Travel is not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which Featherlight Consulting, LLC is registered.

Acceptance By engaging Featherlight Travel’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
