Book'd Travel Studio Terms and Conditions

Your Agreement with Book'd Travel Studio:

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of travel services provided by Book'd Travel Studio, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency"). Before finalizing arrangements for your trip, Book'd Travel Studio, LLC requires that you (the “Client”) check the box signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions. The Agency acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service providers (“Suppliers”) named in Client’s itinerary or electronic booking communications. 

1. Booking Process

1.1. By making a booking with the Agency, the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Bookings may be made via electronic communications with the Agency.

1.3. Client consents to the Agency's use of Suppliers and agrees not to hold the Agency responsible for any issues arising from Supplier actions.

1.4. Client may be bound by the terms and conditions of individual Suppliers regarding cancellation penalties and other terms.

1.5. Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to The Agency during the booking process.

1.6. Client must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for travel services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

2.4. The Agency acts as a booking facilitator; payment chargebacks should always be directed to Suppliers.

2.5. Payments for Agency planning fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

3.1. Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the travel service booked and are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual Supplier.

3.2. The Client must adhere to the Supplier's cancellation fee as outlined in their booking confirmation communications.

3.3. The Agency will make reasonable effort to cancel and amend bookings on Client's behalf if within the stated cancellation or amendment window.

3.5. The Agency is not responsible for any cancellation or no show fees charged to the Client by Suppliers.

4. Travel Documents

4.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including government-issued IDs, passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date at the time of travel and for the duration of their trip.

4.2. The Agency will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the customer's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. The Agency strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. 

5.2. The Agency makes no assurance or promise about any travel insurance purchased by the Client. 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Client agrees to review travel documents for accuracy and is responsible for any change/cancellation penalties unless flagged to the Agency in writing within the free cancellation / amendment window. 

6.2. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators) and shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.

6.3. The Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the provision of travel services, except where such losses, damages, or injuries are caused by the Agency's negligence.

6.4. The Agency is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of content or features on the website.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of travel services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, and government regulations.

8. No Warranties:

8.1. The Agency, its website and its features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of California.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer's continued use of the Agency's services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

11. Claims Deadline

11.1. Claims must be presented within 30 days after the trip ends.

12. Authority to Agree:

12.1. The lead traveler, person signing any of our forms affirms their sole authority to agree on behalf of every traveler in their party.
