TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL SERVICES
Paridee Travel LLC
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Paridee Travel LLC (“Agency”) and the traveler or client (“Client”).
By requesting travel planning services, submitting travel inquiries, making reservations, approving travel proposals, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging the services of Paridee Travel LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Electronic approval, including checkboxes, digital signatures, or other electronic acceptance through systems utilized by Paridee Travel LLC, constitutes legally binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1. AGENCY ROLE
Paridee Travel LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers.
Such suppliers may include but are not limited to:
• airlines
• cruise lines
• hotels and resorts
• tour operators
• excursion providers
• transportation companies
• destination management companies
• insurance providers
• golf resorts and golf course operators
• activity and recreation providers
Paridee Travel LLC does not own, operate, manage, control, or supervise these suppliers or their services.
All travel services are provided by independent third parties.
Accordingly, Paridee Travel LLC shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, warranties, breaches, representations, or operational decisions of any supplier.
2. INDEPENDENT SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
Each travel supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, policies, and operational control.
Clients agree that Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for any supplier’s:
• pricing changes
• schedule changes
• operational decisions
• service standards
• overbooking
• cancellations
• financial stability
• safety practices
Paridee Travel LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of supplier descriptions, promotional materials, marketing claims, or representations regarding accommodations, amenities, services, or travel experiences.
All reservations are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
3. SUPPLIER TERMS GOVERN
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier.
In the event of any conflict between the supplier’s terms and these Terms and Conditions, the supplier’s terms shall govern the specific travel service provided.
Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies regarding cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, and service terms.
4. ASSUMPTION OF TRAVEL RISK
Travel involves inherent risks that may include illness, injury, delays, cancellations, supplier bankruptcy, political instability, weather disruptions, public health emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
By choosing to travel and engaging the services of Paridee Travel LLC, Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
Clients acknowledge that travel conditions may change without notice and that Paridee Travel LLC cannot guarantee the safety, comfort, or uninterrupted operation of travel services.
Clients expressly release Paridee Travel LLC from liability associated with such risks.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paridee Travel LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, accident, or irregularity that may occur in connection with travel services.
This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from:
• illness
• personal injury
• death
• property loss or damage
• mechanical failure
• airline schedule changes
• supplier overbooking
• missed connections
• travel delays
• strikes or labor disputes
• governmental actions
• border closures
• civil unrest
• terrorism
• weather events
• pandemics or epidemics
• natural disasters
• acts of God
Under no circumstances shall Paridee Travel LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to:
• emotional distress
• loss of enjoyment of travel
• lost wages
• additional travel costs
If liability is legally established, the maximum liability of Paridee Travel LLC shall not exceed the total professional service fees paid directly to the Agency.
6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Travel pricing is dynamic and controlled by suppliers.
All quoted prices are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and deposits are received.
Price adjustments may occur due to:
• supplier pricing changes
• fuel surcharges
• currency exchange fluctuations
• tax increases
• government fees
• availability changes
Paridee Travel LLC cannot guarantee pricing until confirmed by the supplier.
In the event of supplier pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, or booking system errors, Paridee Travel LLC reserves the right to correct such errors prior to final confirmation of travel services.
7. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits and payment schedules are determined by the travel supplier.
Failure to make required payments by deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits.
Clients authorize Paridee Travel LLC to process payments with travel suppliers on their behalf using payment information provided.
Payment constitutes acceptance of:
• supplier terms and conditions
• these Terms and Conditions
8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES
Paridee Travel LLC may charge professional service fees including but not limited to:
• consultation fees
• itinerary design fees
• planning and research fees
• booking service fees
• revision fees
• cancellation assistance fees
These fees compensate the Agency for professional expertise and time.
Professional service fees are earned upon payment and are non-refundable regardless of whether the Client proceeds with travel bookings.
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies are determined solely by the respective travel supplier.
Clients acknowledge that:
• deposits may be non-refundable
• cancellations may incur penalties
• some reservations may be fully non-refundable
Failure to travel, including no-shows or missed departures, may result in total forfeiture of funds.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for supplier refund decisions.
Professional service fees remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
10. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance may provide coverage for:
• trip cancellation
• trip interruption
• medical emergencies
• medical evacuation
• baggage loss
• travel delays
Clients declining travel insurance assume full responsibility for financial losses resulting from travel disruptions.
Paridee Travel LLC shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
11. CLIENT INFORMATION ACCURACY
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate.
This includes:
• legal names exactly as shown on identification
• birthdates
• passport numbers
• contact information
• travel preferences
Errors may result in denied boarding, reservation cancellation, or additional fees.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for costs resulting from inaccurate information.
12. NAME MATCH REQUIREMENT
Traveler names must match government-issued identification exactly.
Airlines may deny boarding if names do not match precisely.
Name corrections may require airline fees, ticket reissuance, or full ticket replacement.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for costs associated with name corrections after ticketing.
13. CLIENT DOCUMENT REVIEW RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must review all travel confirmations, itineraries, and documents immediately upon receipt.
Any discrepancies must be reported to Paridee Travel LLC within 24 hours of receipt.
Failure to report errors promptly may result in additional supplier fees or inability to correct reservations.
14. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Clients are responsible for obtaining required travel documentation including:
• passports
• visas
• entry permits
• vaccination documentation
• customs forms
Many countries require passports to be valid six months beyond the return travel date.
Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for costs incurred due to insufficient documentation.
15. HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for consulting healthcare professionals regarding vaccinations or medical conditions.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for medical emergencies or health conditions occurring during travel.
16. TRAVEL ADVISORY DISCLAIMER
Clients are responsible for reviewing travel advisories issued by government authorities including:
• the U.S. Department of State
• the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
• destination governments
Clients assume all risks associated with travel to destinations with advisories.
17. ITINERARY CHANGES
Suppliers reserve the right to alter travel arrangements due to operational requirements.
Changes may include:
• schedule changes
• route modifications
• aircraft substitutions
• cruise itinerary changes
• hotel substitutions
Such changes are not grounds for liability.
18. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES
Airlines may change flight schedules at any time.
Clients are responsible for monitoring airline notifications regarding schedule changes.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for costs incurred due to airline schedule modifications.
19. MISSED DEPARTURES
Clients are responsible for arriving at airports, ports, and departure locations in accordance with supplier check-in requirements.
Paridee Travel LLC shall not be responsible for missed flights, cruises, or tours resulting from late arrival by the Client.
20. TRAVEL DISRUPTION EXPENSES
Clients are responsible for additional expenses caused by travel disruptions including:
• hotel accommodations
• meals
• ground transportation
• rebooking fees
Such expenses may be covered by travel insurance.
21. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage.
Claims must be filed directly with the transportation provider.
22. GOLF, SPORTS, AND ACTIVITY LIABILITY
Travel arrangements may include recreational activities such as:
• golf
• water sports
• excursions
• guided tours
• adventure activities
Participation involves inherent risk.
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Golf tee times, course availability, and course conditions may change due to:
• weather
• course maintenance
• tournaments
• operational decisions of the golf facility.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for such changes.
23. EXCURSION LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Excursions and tours are operated by independent providers.
Paridee Travel LLC does not control excursion operators and is not responsible for their actions, safety practices, or operational decisions.
24. CONDUCT OF OTHER TRAVELERS
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of other travelers participating in travel services.
25. CLIENT CONDUCT
Clients must comply with all supplier rules and conduct standards.
Suppliers may remove disruptive travelers without refund.
26. PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for travel interruption resulting from personal circumstances including:
• employment obligations
• family emergencies
• legal matters
• personal health issues.
27. TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
Paridee Travel LLC utilizes third-party systems including:
• Tern
• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Bookings
• supplier reservation platforms
The Agency is not responsible for outages, technical errors, cybersecurity incidents, or data breaches occurring within third-party systems.
28. SUPPLIER BANKRUPTCY OR FINANCIAL FAILURE
Travel suppliers may experience insolvency or financial failure.
Paridee Travel LLC is not responsible for financial losses resulting from supplier bankruptcy.
29. BOOKING AUTHORITY
The Client authorizing travel reservations represents that they have the authority to approve travel arrangements on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
30. MINOR TRAVELERS
The Client assumes responsibility for minors included in travel reservations.
31. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Clients authorize Paridee Travel LLC to process payments using payment information provided.
32. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for legitimate travel charges.
Improper chargebacks may result in recovery actions including legal fees.
33. INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paridee Travel LLC from claims resulting from traveler negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with travel requirements.
34. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Paridee Travel LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for lawful reasons including abusive or threatening behavior.
35. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA USE
Clients may voluntarily provide testimonials or travel photos.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Paridee Travel LLC may use such materials for marketing purposes.
36. FORCE MAJEURE
Paridee Travel LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control including:
• natural disasters
• pandemics
• terrorism
• war
• civil unrest
• strikes
• airline disruptions
• border closures.
37. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall first be submitted to good faith mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
38. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
Both parties waive the right to trial by jury.
39. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Clients agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive participation in class actions.
40. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
41. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
42. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Client and Paridee Travel LLC.
43. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Paridee Travel LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version will be maintained by the Agency.
