Dream It See It Travel Terms and Conditions

· Dream It See It Travel doesn't get paid until after you travel, at which time the supplier pays us and doesn't charge you more, thus making our services a complimentary addition to your vacation package. They charge you the same amount with or without a travel advisor, so it's a win-win for everyone.  If we need to charge a fee to compensate our work above and beyond what the suppliers are sending in commission, we will work that out with you prior to working together.

· Cancel Fees  In the event that you need to cancel a booking, we charge a cancellation fee to recoup the time and services we have helped you with. 

This fee is as follows :

• ANY TRIP minimum $100 per room booked. $100 is the cancel fee for any trip that has been charged a Trip Design Fee.
• Disney World/Disneyland after dining has been made by travel agent $200.
• Any trip with more than 3 components, where the client as not charged a trip design fee, $250 for 2 people, $400 for families of 3 or more, if you were charged a planning fee, there fee is $100.
• 1 date change will be done for no cost, any changes after that will be charged at a rate of $50 per client, or $100, whichever is more.

· I understand that if I fail to authorize final payment for my bookings, the card used most recently to book any services, will be charged the final amount, in order to avoid cancellation. 

· I understand that Dream It See It Travel is not the supplier or source of the travel services I have requested and will act solely as an agent for the actual supplier of my travel services. I have been advised the suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services we have agreed on. I consent to use those suppliers and agree not to hold Dream It See It Travel liable if the suppliers fail to:

• Provide travel services I’ve purchased.
• Fail to comply with any applicable law.
• Engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

· I agree not to hold Dream It See It Travel liable for anything beyond my travel advisor’s control.

· I agree that some trips may involve danger or risk to myself or my safety, or that of my traveling companions, not limited to disease or illness (including COVID-19), violence, crime, terrorism or welfare risks. Because each country and trip is unique, as are the travelers, Dream It See It Travel is not in the position to advise for or against specific destinations, but suggests that I check the US Department of Travel and or the US Embassy to assess the state of the destination I am traveling and gauge my comfort level.

· I understand I need to have the correct identification and documentation to travel, according to the source and destination of travel.  I agree to check the confirmation sent to me by my travel advisor, from the supplier, and email within 24 hours of any date, name or errors of any type. 

· I agree to receive occasional emails and travel updates from Dream It See It Travel. I agree to read ALL EMAILS from my travel agent during my planning because these will have trip updates, mandates and tips and tricks.  Many of your questions have already been or will be answered with these emails.

· Your payment agreement is between you and the supplier please check the terms and conditions with the supplier.  Chargebacks are charged back to myself as the travel advisor and small business owner.  In the event you attempt a chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we have the right to collect additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with the chargeback, including, but not limited to, attorney fees.  Please make sure to read supplier terms and conditions upon booking.
