Welcome to Second Trip Travel! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your trip.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.
- Clients must provide accurate personal details and travel documents at the time of booking.
- Payments must be made through the approved methods specified by Second Trip Travel.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.). We will provide details at the time of booking.
- Any cancellation fees imposed by the supplier will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- Second Trip Travel may charge a service fee of $20 per traveler for cancellations or modifications.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies.
3. Travel Documents & Requirements
- Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel permits.
- Health and vaccination requirements must be verified with the appropriate authorities.
- Second Trip Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect travel documentation.
4. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Second Trip Travel can provide recommendations for insurance providers but is not responsible for claims processing.
5. Changes and Amendments
- Changes to bookings may result in additional fees depending on supplier policies.
- Second Trip Travel will assist in making changes where possible but cannot guarantee availability.
- A change fee of $20 per traveler may be assessed for changes to dates or other details of the trip.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Second Trip Travel acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or losses that occur during travel.
- We are not responsible for changes made by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- Clients agree to release Second Trip Travel from any claims related to their trip, including force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).
7. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to adhere to the laws and customs of their destination.
- Any disruptions caused by the traveler may result in penalties or removal from booked services without a refund.
8. Privacy Policy
- Second Trip Travel collects personal information necessary for booking and communication.
- We do not sell or share client information with third parties except as required to complete travel arrangements.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State].
