You have booked a trip with Vacation Sensei LLC an independent travel advisor of Cornerstone Travel. This trip is designed to provide you with a

memorable and enjoyable travel experience. These are the Terms and Conditions of your travel package, including all inclusions if purchased.

Travel Dates: Your travel package is scheduled as outlined in the invoice and or itinerary associated with your paid booking.

Destinations: List of destinations is named on the invoice and /or itinerary associated with this booking.

Accommodations: are named and included in your invoice or itinerary associated with this particular trip if booked with Vacation Sensei LLC.

During your trip, you will be staying in the type of accommodation selected and agreed by you, offerings were based on the accomodation that was selected by the client;such as amenities, location, etc.

Transportation: Your package may include transportation if reflected on the invoice and/or the itinerary ensuring comfortable and convenient travel between

destinations.

Activities/Excursions: To make your trip memorable, if reflected on the invoice and/or itinerary;the activities and excursions:will be outlined.

Meals:  If meals are included, details if applicable, e.g., daily breakfast, select dinners will be on the invoice and/or itinerary.

Guides and Services:  If purchased ,throughout your journey, you will be accompanied by experienced guides and professionals to assist you

during activities and provide insights into the destinations.

Additional Services: Your package may include additional services, such as for  e.g., airport transfers,

sightseeing tours, etc.

Total Cost: The total cost of your travel package is will be included on the invoice and/or itinerary and includes all the services and inclusions mentioned above.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe to be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the provided timeline for details.Refunds are subject to specific conditions and timeframes, particularly in relation to the cancellation timeline. Ensure you understand the eligibility criteria for refunds.Be aware that cancellation fees may apply, especially for cancellations made close to the departure date. The amount of the fee is determined by the timing of your cancellation.In the event of a trip cancellation initiated by the agency, you are entitled to a full refund. We will promptly inform you of any changes to your itinerary.Unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may lead to trip cancellations. Our forcemajeure policy will determine your entitlement to a refund in such cases.

Liabilities:

As a valued client of Vacation Sensei LLC. we want to ensure that your travel experience is enjoyable, memorable, and, above all, safe. However, it is essential to understand and acknowledge certain terms and conditions regarding our liability throughout your journey:

>We partner with third-party suppliers but aren't responsible for their actions.

>Clients must ensure valid travel documents; we provide guidance but are not liable for document issues.

>We strongly recommend travel insurance; we're not responsible for losses without it.

>Our liability is limited to the total package cost; we're not liable for indirect damages.

>Clients must follow local laws; we're not liable for damages due to misconduct.

Dispute Resolution:

If you have concerns or disputes, please first communicate directly with your assigned travel agent.If needed, we can engage in mediation with a neutral third party to help find a solution that works for both parties.If mediation doesn't lead to a resolution, we agree to binding arbitration, where a neutral arbitrator makes a final decision.Any legal matters will be resolved according to the laws of Florida.Each party is responsible for their own costs related to dispute resolution.Note that personal injury, legal violations, or criminal matters aren't covered by this process.We agree not to participate in class action lawsuits.Arbitration decisions are final and can be enforced in a court of law.If arbitration doesn't work, legal matters will be pursued in the courts of Florida.
