The traveler acknowledges that unforeseen global health events, pandemics, epidemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the Agency’s control may interrupt or cancel travel plans. The traveler further acknowledges that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies—subject to applicable law—will govern their rights and remedies, including any right to receive a refund in such an event.

The traveler understands that, should they elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the insurance policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist. By making a deposit, the traveler agrees to hold Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel harmless and release them from any and all liability for damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, incurred as a result of such interruption or cancellation.

Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel do not own or operate any of the travel components. Name changes are not permitted on air tickets, and all names must exactly match the traveler’s passport or travel ID. All air tickets are subject to change fees, and most are nonrefundable without insurance. Schedule changes are common, and Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel are not liable for expenses caused by airline changes, cancellations, or layovers. Airlines may charge additional luggage and carry-on fees.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond their return date. Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel are not liable for injury, illness, or weather disruptions while traveling. Passengers must review invoices promptly and report any itinerary or pricing discrepancies within three (3) business days.

If you, the traveler, are part of a group, you agree to the terms, payment dates, and penalties as outlined on the group information page. You further agree not to initiate any chargebacks.

Access to and use of the services of Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel, including websites, is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or websites, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our services.

Prior to payment, Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel require all customers to review these Terms and Conditions and, if agreed, to execute this form.

Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel act solely as sales agents for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers named in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these Suppliers, their failure to adhere to schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or refusal to honor trip credits. We have no special knowledge of the financial condition of Suppliers and assume no liability in this regard.

The traveler acknowledges that Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel are not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and act solely as sales agents for disclosed principal Suppliers. These companies operate independently and are not under the control of Divine Travel Company or Paradise Road Travel.

Travel inherently carries risks, including serious personal injury. Because Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel do not control Suppliers, we disclaim liability for injury, illness, property damage, or other losses incurred in connection with services provided.

By registering for or attending an event organized by Paradise Road Travel, you agree to the following:

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified.
• Promotional discounts are subject to expiration and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Paradise Road Travel reserves the right to refuse service or event participation.
• Participant cancellations are subject to the event’s cancellation policy. No-shows are nonrefundable.
• Paradise Road Travel may cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient participation, venue changes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. Alternative arrangements will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with travel and activities; Paradise Road Travel assumes no liability for injury, illness, or expenses incurred.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain events.
• Participants must comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and staff instructions. Disruptive or illegal conduct may result in removal without refund.
• Paradise Road Travel may record/photograph events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission unless you provide written notice opting out.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise Road Travel, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising out of your participation.

Divine Travel Company acts as liaison between the group and the resort and has made every effort to provide accurate and timely information. If room rates contain errors or typos, Divine Travel Company will alert you as soon as possible. Only the room rates contracted by the group will be honored. Divine Travel Company is not responsible for honoring typographical or data-entry errors.

Chargebacks & Collections
The traveler expressly waives the right to dispute or charge back any authorized payment for travel services. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, the traveler shall remain liable for the full amount of the booking, plus any collection costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Force Majeure
Neither Divine Travel Company nor Paradise Road Travel shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, or any loss, injury, delay, or expense arising directly or indirectly from acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, acts of terrorism, acts of war, strikes, labor disputes, government regulations, supplier bankruptcy, or any other event beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). In such cases, remedies will be limited to those offered by the Suppliers in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Special Needs / Accessibility
Travelers with medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues are responsible for disclosing such needs to Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel prior to booking. Failure to disclose may result in limited accessibility to travel services, for which the Agency assumes no liability.

Travel Documents Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, entry documents, health certifications, vaccination records, and any other required documents. Divine Travel Company and Paradise Road Travel are not responsible for delays, denied boarding, or financial loss resulting from noncompliance with documentation requirements.

Behavior Clause for Group Trips
All travelers participating in group travel are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. Any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may, at the sole discretion of Divine Travel Company or Paradise Road Travel, be removed from the group trip without refund. Any costs associated with removal shall be borne solely by the traveler.
