Independent Contractor of Travel Planners International, Inc.
Client Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver

1. DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
“Client” or “Traveler” refers to any person booking or participating in travel services arranged by Travels Made Easy.
“Agency” refers to Travels Made Easy, an Independent Contractor of Travel Planners International, Inc. (TPI).
“Suppliers” refers to independent third-party providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transfer companies, and insurance carriers.
“Trip” refers to the travel itinerary and related services booked through the Agency.
This Agreement governs all reservations and travel services arranged through Travels Made Easy.

2. ROLE OF THE AGENCY
Travels Made Easy acts solely as an agent for Suppliers in securing travel services and does not own, operate, or control any Suppliers.
By booking with Travels Made Easy, Client acknowledges and agrees that the Agency cannot guarantee Supplier performance and is not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of Suppliers or other third parties.
The Agency is not liable for injury, loss, delay, damage, inconvenience, or expense resulting from any act, error, or event beyond its direct control.

3. QUOTES, AVAILABILITY & PRICING
All quotes are subject to change until deposits or payments are made and confirmed by Suppliers.
Prices may change due to Supplier adjustments, currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or other factors outside Agency control.
If a Supplier changes pricing, availability, or terms, the Client agrees to pay the difference or accept alternate arrangements.

4. DOCUMENTATION & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Client is solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any required travel documents for all destinations.
Passports must remain valid for at least six (6) months after the return date.
Travels Made Easy is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Health and entry requirements (including vaccination, testing, or medical screenings) are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travels Made Easy strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and well-being.
Insurance may cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost baggage, and more.
Client acknowledges that they were offered travel insurance and either:
(a) Accepted the insurance and understands coverage limits, or
(b) Declined the insurance and assumes full responsibility for all losses or expenses that could have been covered.

6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Deposits and payments are due by the stated deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by Suppliers.
Agency service fees (if applicable) and Supplier deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All refunds are subject to Supplier policies and timelines.
Client agrees to be bound by each Supplier’s cancellation, refund, and change policies.

7. ITINERARY VERIFICATION & ACCURACY
Client must review all travel documents (names, dates, flight details, hotel accommodations, etc.) upon receipt.
Travels Made Easy is not responsible for errors not reported within 48 hours of document delivery.
Once confirmed, changes are subject to Supplier approval and may incur additional fees.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, acts of nature, mechanical failure, political unrest, terrorism, pandemics, or other unpredictable events.
Client voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases Travels Made Easy, Travel Planners International, and their respective owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury, property loss, delay, inconvenience, or any other damages sustained in connection with travel.
The Agency makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Supplier performance or the safety of travel destinations.
Client agrees to seek any redress directly from Suppliers when applicable.

9. HEALTH, SAFETY & CONDUCT
Client is responsible for assessing their own health and fitness for travel.
Any pre-existing conditions should be disclosed to travel insurance providers and addressed prior to departure.
The Agency is not liable for medical conditions, delays, or disruptions arising during travel.
Client agrees to act respectfully and comply with Supplier or destination policies throughout the trip.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be filed in the appropriate courts located in Walton County, Georgia.
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENTS
This document represents the entire understanding between the Client and Travels Made Easy.
No verbal representations or promises shall modify these terms unless confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing below (physically or electronically), the Client confirms that they:
• Have read and fully understand the Terms, Conditions, and Waiver of Liability.
• Have been advised of the availability of travel insurance.
• Agree to all policies and assume responsibility for their travel decisions.
• Understand that Travels Made Easy acts solely as an agent for independent Suppliers.
