LUXTRAVA TRAVEL AGENCY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging with Luxtrava's services, including but not limited to using our portal, itinerary builder, quoting software, or booking travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. Deposits and payments made to Luxtrava immediately become the property of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
2.3. Full payment is required by the specified due date to confirm reservations.
2.4. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
3.1. Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity beyond travel dates)
- Obtaining necessary visas
- Meeting health requirements and vaccinations
- Providing accurate passenger information as per official documents
3.2. Luxtrava is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
4. PRICING AND QUOTES
4.1. All prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.
4.2. Quotes are valid for the specified time period only.
4.3. Prices may vary due to:
- Currency fluctuations
- Supplier price changes
- Government taxes and fees
- Peak season surcharges
5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
5.1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fees vary by supplier and timing of cancellation
- Some bookings may be non-refundable
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
5.2. Changes to Bookings:
- Subject to availability and supplier policies
- May incur additional fees
- Must be requested in writing
6. FORCE MAJEURE AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
6.1. Luxtrava is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemic-related restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Strike actions
- Technical problems with transportation
6.2. No refunds will be provided for unused services due to these circumstances.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
7.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
7.2. Clients acknowledge that declining travel insurance is at their own risk.
7.3. Insurance should cover:
- Trip cancellation/interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost baggage
- Travel delays
8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
8.1. Luxtrava acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.
8.2. We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of suppliers
- Personal injury or property damage
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Schedule changes or cancellations by suppliers
8.3. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1. Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9.2. Information may be shared with travel suppliers as necessary for booking services.
9.3. Clients consent to the storage and processing of their personal data.
10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. Any complaints must be reported:
- During travel: immediately to the service provider
- Post-travel: within 30 days in writing to Luxtrava
10.2. Disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation
- Mediation
11. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
11.1. Special requests (dietary, mobility, etc.) must be made at time of booking.
11.2. While we will forward such requests to suppliers, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
12. UPDATES TO TERMS
12.1. These terms may be updated without notice.
12.2. Current terms will always be available on our website, luxtrava.com/terms
12.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
