Kari's Travel Connections Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

-All bookings are subject to availability and the terms set by the suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruises, car rentals, tour operators, etc.)

-A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued a confirmation. Payment deadlines vary by supplier.

-The person making the booking accepts responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party are aware of and agree to these Terms.

-Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservations without refund.

-Final payment is due before your travel date as specified in your confirmation.

2. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

-All cancellations made by clients must be in writing

-It is the responsibility of the clients to read the terms and conditions and cancellation terms of the supplier before booking.

-If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you request.

-An amendment fee of $30 per person may apply, plus any additional supplier costs.

-In rare circumstances, we may need to make changes to or cancel your travel arrangements. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund if applicable.

-We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to force majeure events. (See #4)

3. Travel Documents and Requirements

-You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all passport, visa and health requirements for your travel.

-We are not liable for any delays or costs resulting from your failure to comply with such requirements.

-Travelers should verify entry requirements for their destination before departure.

4. Force Majeure

-We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of nature, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics or airline strikes.

5. Travel Insurance

-Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to cover medical emergencies, lost luggage, cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.

-It is your responsibility to ensure the policy provides adequate coverage for your needs.

-Kari's Travel Connections is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

-While we take reasonable care in selecting suppliers, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

-Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to us for travel arrangements.

7. Amendments

-These terms and conditions can be updated at any time.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
