The Superior Travel Advantage is the value of our knowledge, expertise, first hand travel experience, and booking clients for over 58 years! Superior Travel Service Inc has added leverage with our preferred global suppliers, including airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and excursions.

We provide objective and unbiased recommendations based on our cumulative expertise that best suits YOUR travel needs which builds relationships with our clients and referrals.

As your travel advisor, we are your advocate which adds value and convenience for you and your traveling companions. We provide a safety net from making mistakes online, we save you time, and save you money with exclusive offers, upgraded hotel accommodations, value added amenities, keeping you apprised with current travel restrictions, and more.

- We will share with you the most current entry requirements available to us for your upcoming travel experience related to health and safety measures taken by our airline, airport, hotel & resort, tour operator, cruise line and local transportation operators.

- We will provide you with current destination entry requirements, deposit and cancel policies and review travel insurance options.

- We will monitor your booking before your vacation to inform you of any changes that may impact your travel.

Refund Policy Airline Tickets effective October 28, 2024: If your flight is canceled or significantly changed, you are entitled to a full refund from the merchant of record for your airfare should you reject alternate flights. A "significant change" is defined as:

Departure or Arrival Time Changes:

- Domestic Flights: A change of more than three hours from the originally scheduled departure or arrival time.

- International Flights: A change of more than six hours from the originally scheduled departure or arrival time.

- Airport Changes: Changes in the departure or arrival airport from what was originally scheduled.

- Number of Connections: An increase in the number of connections required for the journey.

- Class of Service: A downgrade to a lower class of service than what was originally booked.

- Accessibility for Disabled Passengers: Any changes that result in the use of an aircraft with fewer or different accessibility features needed by a passenger with a disability.

- Aircraft Changes: Changes that result in a different aircraft being used, affecting the accessibility and accommodations for passengers.

Refunds will be processed automatically by the airline without the need for a request if you do not accept an alternate flight.

- Direct Airline Payment: Your credit card will be used to pay the airline directly for your ticket when not included in your travel package. The airline’s name appears on your credit card statement for this transaction

- Airline Policies: Please review the airline's policies regarding changes, cancellations, and potential fees. These policies can be found on the airline's website or can be provided upon request.

- Flight Updates: As your travel advisor, we will communicate any changes or updates to your flight as soon as we are informed. However, it is also your responsibility as the traveler to monitor your flights for any last-minute changes.

Superior Travel Service, Inc has a Professional Research and Consult Fee which includes our advice from years of experience booking travel, research time, processing payments, our supplier connections, and support which extends after your trip.

Booking fees:

$100 per tour packages

$150 per custom designed package

$150 per cruise package

Cancellation:

From $200 per booking administrative fee for canceled reservations in addition to supplier fees

From $50 per booking may apply for each change after the deposit has been made

Superior Travel Service, Inc is not the source or supplier of the travel service you are purchasing, and does not act as an agent for the supplier of such services. You have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services you have purchased. You consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Superior Travel Service Inc responsible should any of these suppliers 1) fail to provide the travel service you have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes you any sort of injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience. You agree this disclaimer includes your entire traveling party.

TSA requires you carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight such as a valid passport or REAL ID.  I acknowledge that my failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or additional cost for corrections.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport book and be valid for six months after return travel date and depending on the destination an electronic travel authorization or visa may be necessary. Your travel advisor will advise what your entry requirements are and provide instructions for your travel party where each individual will submit the necessary forms and documentation. 

I hereby verify that I, and on behalf of my travel companions, have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy including but not limited to spelling of names, birthdates, and travel dates. I have been advised of all applicable fees, including but not limited to, cancellation and change fees associated with my trip provided by vendors including Superior Travel Service, Inc and other third party suppliers associated with my trip. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages may have additional restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel may result in the payment of additional fees. I have been offered travel insurance if I choose not to purchase trip protection at this time, I may be able to purchase it until the final payment is due, but any pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered under the insurance policy I chose.

Superior Travel Service Inc does not provide advice or recommendations for questions relating to COVID-19 or other viruses but will provide the most current information available to the best of our ability. I hereby release and agree to hold Superior Travel Service Inc harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the travel agency, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Superior Travel Service Inc. I understand that this release discharges Superior Travel Service Inc from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the agency with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from or in connection to any services received from Superior Travel Service. This liability waiver and release extends to the travel agency together with owners and employees.

I understand that Superior Travel Service, Inc is not an insurance agent/company and is only recommending certain travel insurance policies. I understand it is my sole responsibility to understand the coverage offered and provided by the insurer and that I can call the travel insurance supplier directly for specific question I may have. I have reviewed for myself and for other travelers participating in this trip.
