Sunrise Travel LLC, Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sunrise Travel LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency," and the individual(s) or entity ("Client") booking travel services through the Agency. By engaging the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking Process: The Client must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. The Agency is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the Client.

1.2. Payment: Payment for travel services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided by the Agency. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of reservations.

1.3. Pricing: Travel prices are subject to change without notice. The Client will be informed of any price changes before confirming the booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation by the Client: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Agency. Cancellation fees and refund policies may vary depending on the travel provider and the time of cancellation. The Agency will provide details of the cancellation policy applicable to each booking.

2.2. Cancellation by the Agency: The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking if circumstances beyond its control require such action. In such cases, the Client will be offered a refund in accordance with the travel provider's policy.

3. Travel Documentation

3.1. Passports and Visas: It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and any required visas for their travel destination(s). The Agency may provide information on visa requirements, but the Client is ultimately responsible for compliance.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. Insurance Recommendations: The Agency strongly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. The Agency can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request.

5. Travel Itineraries and Changes

5.1. Itinerary Changes: The Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate itinerary changes requested by the Client. However, changes may be subject to fees imposed by travel providers.

5.2. Travel Delays and Disruptions: The Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel services caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

6. Liability

6.1. Limitation of Liability: The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and travel providers. While the Agency strives to ensure a smooth travel experience, it is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of travel providers.

6.2. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for their personal safety, health, and belongings during travel. The Agency is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

7. Privacy

7.1. Data Protection: The Agency will handle Client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information will be used solely for the purpose of booking and managing travel services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lane County, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Oregon Judicial Department. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.2. Modification: The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised Terms will apply to all future bookings.

By booking travel services through the Agency, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
