Destinations by Brittany LLC Terms and Conditions

• All planning retainers, consulting fees, and professional service charges are invoiced through Wright Legacy Holdings LLC.
• These fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before planning begins, or according to the payment schedule outlined in the signed contract.
• Planning retainers secure your project time and cover professional expertise, not travel costs.

• All supplier payments are invoiced through Destinations by Brittany LLC or its host agency (Travel Planners International).
• Payments are made directly to suppliers (airlines, resorts, ground transfer companies, etc.) and are subject to each supplier’s terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules.
• Destinations by Brittany LLC is not responsible for supplier cancellations, changes, or fees.

• For on-site packages, the Client agrees to cover all travel and accommodations for the Planner and her team.
• All travel invoices for the Planner and her team must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to departure.
• Failure to remit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of on-site services until accounts are current.

• Planning fees, retainers, and service charges (via Wright Legacy Holdings LLC) are non-refundable.
• Supplier refunds (if any) will follow the supplier’s policies only.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, itineraries, and agreements upon receipt.
• Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
• The Planner is not liable for errors once documents have been approved by the client.

submitting payment or signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions and understands that:

• Wright Legacy Holdings LLC handles all planning retainers and consulting fees.
• Destinations by Brittany LLC manages supplier payments and trip execution.
