Welcome to Fancy & Fun Travel! We’re thrilled to help you plan your next adventure. Before you book your dream getaway, please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions to ensure smooth sailing every step of the way.
1. Reservation Process: At Fancy & Fun Travel, we like to keep things personal. All reservations must be made either by phone or in person. No email bookings here—our team is eager to chat with you, answer your questions, and help you pick the perfect trip!
2. Deposits & Payment: To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. The deposit amount will depend on the specific supplier of your travel services and will be communicated to you during the booking process. This ensures your booking is secured with the supplier and sets everything in motion.
3. Binding Agreement: Once your deposit or full payment is received, your reservation becomes a binding contract between you and Fancy & Fun Travel. After this step, your booking is officially confirmed, and any changes or cancellations may be subject to specific supplier policies and fees.
4. Changes & Cancellations:
We know things can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate adjustments, but please be aware that once a reservation is confirmed (after the deposit or full payment), it is a commitment. Any changes or cancellations will be governed by the terms and conditions of the supplier, which may include fees or non-refundable deposits.
Changes: All change requests must be made in writing via email for proper documentation and processing. Please note that changes will incur a re-booking service fee per single trip or segment. A single trip or segment refers to any individual travel service within the same vacation or itinerary.
If any price difference arises from the changes, such as upgrading to a larger hotel room or changing from economy to first class, you will be responsible for paying the difference directly to the supplier.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email as well. Please be aware that cancellations can be non-refundable or may incur cancellation fees, as per the supplier’s policy. These fees may vary based on the supplier's terms, and we will inform you of the applicable charges when you request a cancellation.
5. Travel Insurance: While not required, we highly recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind. Life happens, and insurance can protect you in case of unexpected events or emergencies during your travels.
6. Liability & Limitations: Fancy & Fun Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers. We are not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or force majeure. We will always strive to assist you, but your contract with the supplier governs your travel.
7. Traveler’s Responsibility for Entry Requirements:
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to verify and ensure they meet all entry requirements for their destination, including passports, visas, health documentation, vaccinations, and any COVID-19-related regulations or travel restrictions. Fancy & Fun Travel is not responsible for ensuring that you have the correct travel documents, and we cannot be held liable for any issues arising due to improper documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.
8. Privacy Policy: At Fancy & Fun Travel, we take your privacy seriously. We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of booking and managing your travel plans. This may include your name, contact details, passport information, and other relevant travel documents required to book flights, hotels, tours, and other services on your behalf.
How We Use Your Information: Your personal information is only used for the purpose of processing your bookings and ensuring that all arrangements are made correctly. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your travel plans (such as with airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
Data Retention: Once your trip is completed, Fancy & Fun Travel does not retain any personal information. We ensure that your personal data is securely handled and disposed of once your travel is complete and no longer required for any purpose.
9. Client Authorization and Supplier Terms:
By booking with Fancy & Fun Travel, you authorize Sylvianne Ramirez, the travel agent, to make bookings on your behalf with third-party suppliers (such as airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, car rental services, and more). You acknowledge that, by doing so, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these suppliers, including any cancellation policies, refund policies, and other relevant terms.
It is important to note that every supplier—whether it's an airline, tour operator, cruise line, or car service—has its own terms and conditions. Before confirming your booking and paying your deposit, it is essential that you review and understand these terms, especially with respect to:
- Cancellations and Refunds: Each supplier has specific policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.
- Schedule Changes: Airlines, cruise lines, and other suppliers may alter itineraries, services, or pricing at any time.
- Liability Limitations: Some suppliers may limit their liability for delays, cancellations, or other issues during travel.
By proceeding with a booking through Fancy & Fun Travel, you accept that these third-party terms and conditions will apply to your reservation. We strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with these terms before making any payments.
