Welcome to One 11 Travel, LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and your relationship with us. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1.1 Scope of Services: One 11 Travel, LLC facilitates travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, activities, cruises, and group bookings. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers ("Suppliers").

1.2 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any travel services.

1.3 Liability Disclaimer: One 11 Travel, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any travel services booked through us.

1.4 Client Relationship: One 11 Travel, LLC reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any client at our discretion. We will endeavor to handle such situations professionally and with prior communication whenever possible.

2.1 Price Changes: Travel pricing, including flights, accommodations, activities, and cruises, is subject to change without prior notice. Prices are dynamic and can fluctuate due to factors beyond our control.

2.2 Confirmation of Pricing: All prices must be confirmed at the time of booking. Price discrepancies occurring after confirmation are not the responsibility of One 11 Travel, LLC.

2.3 Taxes and Fees: All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges imposed by Suppliers are your responsibility.

3.1 Deposit and Payment: Bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. Full payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking and must be adhered to.

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by Supplier. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the Supplier's terms and may include administrative fees. One 11 Travel, LLC is not responsible for securing refunds beyond those permitted by the Supplier.

3.3 Amendments: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by the Supplier.

3.4 Provider Policies: Once your booking is confirmed, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the specific Supplier. One 11 Travel, LLC cannot modify, overrule, or create any new policies to override the Supplier's terms.

4.1 Cruise Policies: All cruise bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line.

4.2 Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining and presenting all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, required for the cruise itinerary.

4.3 Schedule Changes: Cruise itineraries are subject to change due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. One 11 Travel, LLC is not liable for such changes.

5.1 Group Leader Responsibilities: For group bookings, the group leader is responsible for all communications with One 11 Travel, LLC and ensuring group compliance with Supplier terms.

5.2 Group Rates: Group discounts, if applicable, are subject to the Supplier’s policies and may require a minimum number of participants.

5.3 Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations in group bookings must be approved by the Supplier. Additional fees may apply.

6.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all travel documents, including tickets and itineraries. Errors must be reported immediately.

6.2 Documentation: One 11 Travel, LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.

7.1 Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

7.2 Responsibility: It is your responsibility to understand and select an insurance policy that suits your needs.

8.1 Definition: One 11 Travel, LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, and government actions.

8.2 Assistance: While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in such situations, additional costs incurred are your responsibility.

9.1 Third-Party Services: One 11 Travel, LLC acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for any acts, omissions, or failures of Suppliers.

9.2 Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your behavior, safety, and adherence to the rules of Suppliers during your travel.

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Phoenix, AZ, USA.

10.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, AZ, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

11.1 Changes: One 11 Travel, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.2 Notification: Significant changes will be communicated via email or our website.
