By booking travel services through Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities and liabilities of both the client and Unique Experiences Travel LLC.

By engaging with Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you grant us permission to use images and testimonials from your travel experiences for advertising and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. We will respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information without your explicit consent.

Unique Experiences Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary for various travel services, including but not limited to hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, and other travel suppliers. We do not own, manage, control, or operate any of these suppliers.

Unique Experiences Travel LLC is not responsible for any actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the actions or omissions of these suppliers.

All travel arrangements made by Unique Experiences Travel LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers and ensure that you comply with their policies and requirements.

Unique Experiences Travel LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of our services or the actions of any travel suppliers. Unique Experiences Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Hence, customer agrees that Unique Experiences Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Unique Experiences Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with. This includes, but is not limited to, any delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond our direct control.

We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events and protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, where Unique Experiences Travel LLC is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court.

Unique Experiences Travel LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through direct communication with you.

By booking travel services through Unique Experiences Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Unique Experiences Travel LLC is not responsible for any change fees assessed if passport information given to agent is not accurate. Failure to submit exact passport information can lead to change fee, delays while travel, and even denial of travel.

Unique Experiences Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Unique Experiences Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Unique Experiences Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Unique Experiences Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.
