M. GOOD TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS (2026)
By engaging the services of Meg Goodner, operating as M. Good Travel (“Advisor”), clients (including all traveling companions or representatives) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Advisor Role & Scope of Services
M. Good Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity vendors.
M. Good Travel does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
Suppliers’ individual terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and responsibilities apply to all bookings.
Planning Fees, Pricing & Payment
- Planning fees (if applicable) are outlined prior to planning and are non-refundable once planning begins.
- Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier and secured with deposit or full payment.
- Credit card authorization will only be collected via secure, encrypted systems or official supplier authorization forms.
- Clients are encouraged to use a credit card for travel purchases, as some cards offer dispute protection or travel benefits.
Client Responsibilities & Document Review
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents upon receipt and promptly notifying M. Good Travel of any discrepancies.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Name accuracy
- Dates and routing
- Room types
- Entry requirements
- Ticketing details
Failure to identify errors prior to travel may result in additional costs, denied boarding, or denied entry.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements (GENERAL)
Clients are solely responsible for understanding, obtaining, and complying with all passport, visa, transit, vaccination, and entry/exit requirements for their destination(s).
Requirements may vary based on:
- Citizenship and passport held
- Dual nationality
- Country of residence
- Length or purpose of stay
- Transit routing
Passports must generally be valid for at least six months beyond the return date, unless otherwise specified by the destination.
M. Good Travel does not:
- Verify eligibility
- Submit applications
- Monitor policy changes
- Track approval status
- Guarantee entry or transit
Entry requirements may change at any time without notice. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, refused entry, fines, or additional expenses, for which M. Good Travel is not responsible.
UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) — IMPORTANT
Certain travelers, including many visa-exempt passport holders such as those from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the European Union, and other regions, may be required to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to entering or transiting through the United Kingdom.
Key Points:
- Requirements depend on nationality and passport held
- UK passport holders and dual citizens traveling on a UK passport are generally exempt
- Applications must be completed online in advance of travel
- Approval timelines, validity, and fees are determined by the UK government and may change at any time
Transit & Connection Advisory:
- Travelers transiting through the UK, including connections via London Heathrow (LHR) or other UK airports, may still be required to hold a valid ETA depending on nationality and routing.
- Because airline re-routes, missed connections, or overnight delays can result in unexpected UK entry, travelers eligible for ETA are strongly encouraged to obtain one even if only transiting.
UK Territories:
Some British Overseas Territories and special jurisdictions may have additional or different entry requirements. Travelers are responsible for confirming rules specific to their itinerary.

ETIAS — European Travel Authorization (Schengen Area)
The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is an upcoming requirement for visa-exempt travelers entering the Schengen Area.
General Overview:
- ETIAS applies to travelers from many non-EU countries, including the United States
- Applications must be completed online prior to arrival
- Authorization validity, processing timelines, and fees are determined by the European Union
ETIAS implementation timelines and requirements may evolve. Travelers are responsible for confirming current requirements and applying in advance of travel.
