Global On Demand Travel Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted during itinerary planning or consultation are based on availability at the time of research. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time prior to booking and are not guaranteed until payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain, review, and carry proper travel documents, which may include:

• Valid passports (with at least 6 months of validity)
• Entry and/or transit visas
• Health and vaccination certificates
• Any documentation required by local, state, or international authorities

Global On Demand Travel and its independent consultants are not responsible for advising, obtaining, or verifying travel documentation.

Travelers should consult:

• The U.S. Department of State: travel.state.gov
• The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: www.cdc.gov
• The appropriate embassy or consulate for non-U.S. passport holders

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that the name, date of birth, and gender on their travel documents and reservations exactly match their government-issued ID, in compliance with TSA regulations. Global On Demand Travel is not responsible for denied boarding due to mismatched information.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters, political unrest, or terrorism
• Medical emergencies or quarantines
• Inconsistent infrastructure or access to healthcare
• Crime, theft, or lost property

By booking travel through Global On Demand Travel or its independent consultants, you accept and voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to travel at your own discretion and responsibility.

Global On Demand Travel makes no warranty or guarantee that travel to any destination is safe or advisable and is not liable for consequences resulting from travel.

Global On Demand Travel and its independent consultants act solely as travel planners and booking agents. We do not own, operate, or control:

• Airlines
• Cruise lines
• Hotels
• Transportation providers
• Tour operators
• Insurance companies
• Activity providers

Global On Demand Travel shall not be liable for injury, illness, property loss, delays, disruptions, or death arising from services provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to:

• Force majeure (e.g. weather, war, pandemics, strikes)
• Cancellations or overbookings
• Service failure or financial default

Global On Demand Travel does not sell travel insurance but may assist in facilitating the purchase of policies from third-party providers and provide general information.

All travel insurance questions, claims, or disputes must be handled directly with the insurance provider. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase coverage to protect against:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
• Medical emergencies abroad
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Travel delays or accidents

Global On Demand Travel and its consultants assist with itinerary planning and recommendations. However, it is the traveler’s responsibility to:

• Ensure all bookings are confirmed
• Verify that all personal information is correct
• Understand and comply with cancellation or change policies
• Complete activity or service reservations where required

Failure to confirm services may result in missed activities or travel disruptions for which Global On Demand Travel is not liable.

Global On Demand Travel reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any updates will be provided in writing or posted on our official communication channels. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.

By using Global On Demand Travel’s services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You accept financial responsibility for all travel booked under your name
• You will supervise the use of our services by any minors associated with your booking

By booking travel through Global On Demand Travel or any of its independent consultants, you agree to waive, release, and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or liability arising from:

• Personal injury or death
• Illness or medical events
• Property damage or loss
• Delays or travel interruptions
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

This waiver applies to all travelers in your booking party.

The maximum liability of Global On Demand Travel shall not exceed the total amount earned from the original transaction.
