The Trave Scouts Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel-related services provided by The Travel Scouts (“we,” “our,” “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your”). By booking travel services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers (“Suppliers”). Your booking is subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude liability.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation, subject to applicable fees.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellation fees vary by Supplier and may be 100% of the booking cost if close to the departure date.
• We are not responsible for any Supplier’s failure to provide a refund.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation losses.

• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from the Supplier.
• Name changes, date changes, and other modifications may be treated as cancellations by the Supplier.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the needed travel documents which may include valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents.
• Failure to comply with entry or exit requirements is not grounds for a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.

• We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier.
• We are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any Supplier, government action, weather, strikes, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.

We shall not be liable or responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of [Georgia, United States]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Georgia, United States].

Our travel agency uses a host agency (Cruises & Tours Unlimited). You may see this host agency information on your booking invoices.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
