Hayley Terms and Conditions

By engaging with Five Star Fulton, a DBA of Fulton Consulting Services LLC, you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) are working with a travel advisor to curate and reserve travel for you, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Role of your Advisor: Advisor will act solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Advisor is not responsible for acts or omissions of these suppliers, including delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries.
2. Client Responsibility: It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all travel documentation, including passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Any errors or omissions must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols, including vaccinations or testing requirements.
3. Payment and Fees: All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. Advisor planning fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once paid. If a planning fee is applicable it will be quoted. Any changes or cancellations may incur fees as determined by the suppliers.
4. Cancellations and Changes: Travel plans are subject to supplier policies. Advisor will assist with cancellations or changes as permitted by the supplier but cannot guarantee refunds, credit or a rebooking.
5. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Advisor can provide information on policies but is not responsible for filing claims or participating in disputes with insurance providers or suppliers. It is the Client’s responsibility to request travel insurance pricing.
6. Liability Waiver: Advisor is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from travel arrangements or unforeseen events. Clients assume all risks associated with travel.
7. Force Majeure: Advisor is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
8. Agreement to Arbitration: Client agrees that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your travel bookings, or the services provided, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate includes, but is not limited to, disputes concerning the interpretation, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration provision. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another reputable arbitration organization agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California unless otherwise agreed in writing, and will be conducted by a single arbitrator
By proceeding with your travel plans or approving the proposal, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
